Good sturdy product

Just what I needed and great customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently spent $200 on a new 5.1 speaker set and refused to pay almost the same just for speaker mounts. I needed something simple that would hold my speakers on the wall in 5 places. I did some research found these at Best Buy. I went to my local store and picked them right off the shelf. Did not take too long to get them installed except for the rear speakers since I have kids and well time became an issue. When I returned to the project to finish the install one of the pieces was missing. I looked everywhere for it. Finally I contacted Sanus's tech support and Kevin sent me a new piece at no charge. I really appreciated what they did so now I have all 5 speakers mounted and it all works great.
