the bottom line is that you are paying for the universal nature of this mount. it will work on most projectors, the way i understand it, but it is much better and cheaper to order one that has been specifically made for your projector

I was a little skeptical about the size (depth) between the projector and the ceiling. As with most universal items, you really don't know how it will fit your application until you try it. I was not disappointed.

I'm glad I went to Best Buy that day and saw this so I could hang my projector. I installed it out on my deck outside and we watch the fight outside and we all had a blast. Because the kids could run around and they wouldn't get in front of my projector and there was no yelling for them to get out of the way "Thank You Best Buy"

Took no time to install, over priced, needed it for presentation the next day so I took the only one they had.

The arms are a little difficult to position and tighten, however the unit does allow you to tighten it into position fairly well. Over all a good if overpriced mount.

At first I purchased a $15 projector mount from a generic brand, after finding out that it didn't fit my projector I did some more research and I came across this one from Best Buy. It was cheaper on Amazon so I went to get a price match and they matched it. Overall the product is built solid end it is nice that they include an extra extender if you want it further away from the ceiling. I found it at some points and did not stay in its original position or it was set to, but that may be I didn't tighten the screws enough. Would recommend this product

It is very universal, difficult to install for a flush mount application. I like that it came with multiple mounting options.

This mount worked as advertised. It has a lot of placement flexibility and comes with high quality components. It just seemed too expensive for what you get.

works great with my Epson 5030UB. easy to mount, easy to adjust projector. definitely recommend for home movie theaters!

Easy to install, but a bit difficult to make minor adjustments. I do like how close it is to the ceiling, keeping the projector out of the way.

I am using this mount for my Epson Home Cinema 3000 projector and it wasy easy to istall and a sturdy mount fr this projector. No issues.

Works for epson 3800. comes with extension which is a plus.

We had this mount replace an old one. Best Buy came and installed it and it is heavy duty and perfect for the job.

Good product and I really like the ability to flush mount or extend mount. I just wanted the mount covers to be better quality and able to hide cables. The install was very simple and the multiple adjustments available are great.

The mount does its job but with the Epson HC 4000 since it’s not made specifically for that you have to play around with the configuration of where to put the attachment arms and the mount ends up being a little off center causing you to have to do more adjusting with the lense and tightening bolts to try to make the projector more level. Kind of a pain in the butt.

Strong ceiling mount. can be adjusted as needed to align properly with screen. Had to use extension parts for my projector.

Works great! It delivers a great picture. The motor makes a little bit of a noise but with the sound system you can not hear it. It was easy to install and blends with the ceiling. My friends and family enjoy it.
