Delivery was smooth and they updated me on a time window and the advised when they were 10 minutes away. Husband had no issues with putting it all together. This bike was exactly what I was looking for a basic indoor bike. Plus side was that I got it on sale.

We have a tv where this is so we didn’t need a fancier model. Wheel starts to squeak after a lot of use. Got a dry lubricant that fixed the problem.

Sturdy, smooth ride, super easy to assemble (actually my 10 year old son did it for me!). Super substitute for my spinning studio which closed due to Covid. It arrived promptly, Best Buy delivery was handled impeccably.
