Best way to review is to compare to the others that didnt work. I have tried the vent-type and dash mount -- both the extended arm style and the one where the phone clips inside. I gave up on all three!! First, the vent mount holder doesn't stay in the vent when you attach the phone. It too often would just fall out. It did work when I had a iPhone 4. You no longer are able to angle the vent for heating or cooling in any preferred direction except straight toward thre back seat. The dash mount just gets in the way and isn't convenient to use. And, too often the weight of the phone on the extended arm style causes the arm to droop/drop down and the phone is no longer is good visible position. The magnet stype is the one I like the best. In my car (toyota Sienna mini-van) it is mounted to the left of and below the center vents and just above the on/door/off light switch. The 3M tape is really SECURE! I know this as the previous one was "pried" off by a mischevious grandchild. This mount isn't going anywhere. The ideal place for the flat "accepting" piece goes near the bottom of my iPhone 11 case and again, the 3M tape is REALLY secure. You can all attach this to the phone as it will still work through the case. When the two pieces meet it is "instant" attaction! The phone is secure, won't fall off, won't change postions; i.e., slip the left or right or "droop" and itn't in the way of the vents, controls, radio, etc. It is easily detached, no hard pulling! This placement allows for easy GPS and voice messaging via Siri. When you want or need a phone mount to work .... this is th best!

Worked well, good quality, uses a 3M tape and adheres well. Holds my IPhone 6 Plus in place, haven't had any issues with it while driving over bumps and other road debris.

If you have a good mounting spot in your car, simply stick this on and you know have an easy way to hang your phone without breaking your vents. Magnet is very strong, phone never fell off. I used this on a two week holiday rental car to use my phone for gps, and it worked great. Only issue is hard to remove to use in another vehicle

This mount was well-packaged, included clear instructions, and was easy to use with my iPhone 7 Plus. I stuck the magnet onto a smooth surface above my car's radio, and stuck the large steel plate onto the inside of the iPhone case. To mount the phone, I simply hold the back of the case to the magnet and it holds the phone tight. This phone mount is well-constructed, was easy to install, and is simple to use. It's price was reasonable, too. I can't imagine a phone mount that would better meet my needs.

Very easy to install and the magnet really holds well even if your device is heavy. I recommended it to my officemate.

I use it to hold my phone and it's great even on bumpy roads! The adhesive to stick on the car works in hot weather and has not fallen off my dash. Highly recommend this product.

I bought these mainly for the adhesive magnets for more devices to use with my weighted stand on the dashboard of my car, but I have no doubt I will find other uses for the flush mount part as well.

This is perfect! I am able to place my cell phone in my car on the back of my sun visor and it doesn't slip off. It has made navigation with my GPS system much easier! Love this product!!

for the car mount or for devices in your home. We needed replacement magnets to use on our other devices and they all hold strong. Been using the mount for 7 months now no problems.

Install was super easy, just peel and press. Haven't had a single issue with this. Works perfectly. I have a Pixel 4 XL and I place the plate in-between my phone and my case and it has never failed. It's sturdy, stays in place, no wobbling ever. Pulling it off is easy too, doesn't require much force. Love it!

This is a great non intrusive mount. I am constantly in and out of my car and I love how easy it is to mount and unmount. I even bought one for my wife's car

If your looking for a very strong hold on any of you devices but like to have open options on where to put them. This is definitely a must for the $$. Great Investment

I had an issue with my old magnet sticking when I made a sharp turn in the car. The mount was not strong enough. This is perfect and works great.

Works well with my iPhone 6 (I have a heavy-duty case on it as well). Helps keep it safely mounted on the dash, great for use with the Maps or other GPS apps.
