Awesome perfect protector perfect install at store

This is the second time we have purchased the glass screen protectors for iPhones from Best Buy. The first time was for my personal phone, and this time when we got all new phones for our family we bought them for everyone. These are the ones that have the added filter for certain types of light. The screen protector is virtually unnoticeable but it protects the phones (we have dropped them, even hard drops on bad surfaces, and the phones are fully intact) and on the rare occasion that a drop results in the protector cracking, which is usually if you hit it just right on the edge of the protector, because we have the Best Buy Total plan you just go in with your phone and they take it off and put a new one on FOR FREE! FOREVER! It is so very worth the initial $40 for each protector. With my last phone they replaced it at least a half dozen times over the life of the phone. Now our whole family has them and not only do I feel better about our $3000 investment in iPhone 15-pluses being safer from screen damage, but I love that the ongoing coverage is paid for and if a protector fails (it is not really a fail, it is going down in the line of duty, but you get what I mean) that the tech team at Best Buy will replace it for free. It literally takes 10 mins or less each time I have had to do it. We highly recommend this purchase and will buy them again for future devices.

Best buy is the only place I trust to put my screen protectors on. They will try and try again until it's on perfectly with no bubbles or dust. If anything happens to the screen protector they'll replace it as well. It's a no brainer.

I came into Best Buy to purchase a Zagg glass screen protector for my iPhone 16 Pro, and was able to have it installed by the Geek Squad. Even though you can install it yourself with the included step by step instructions, I didn’t want to second guess if I did it correctly and wanted peace of mind knowing it would be done right and professionally the first time. It was convenient and worth the price if you do not want to mess with it yourself. If I knew ahead of time how easy the installation process was then I might have foregone the option. Overall it was put on correctly and quickly.

They did a fantastic job installing the shield protector. It came out well after it was done with next to no bubbles and within the next day it was perfectly clear. Only thing holding back from this being a 5 star is it's service price. The $8 price can make it feel a bit steep for what has to be done, but otherwise great and fast service. I would mainly recommend only if you don't know how to properly install a screen protector or do not feel confident in your ability to do so without messing up your protector.

I waited a bit too long to get some protection against scratches on my new iPhone SE, so was relieved when this shield was on and doing its job well. It is definitely worth the $8 to have the BB staff install it well, guaranteed against possible installation screw-ups, and although it doesn't look so impressive right after it is put on, it definitely stretches as advertised and no bubbles are visible under the shield within 12 hrs. Not sure how well it can prevent screen cracking if someone sits on the phone or it falls from a 3ft height, but if worried about, then spend megabucks for a gorilla box, but I don't want the added weight and bulk, and I'm generally very careful with handling my phone. This is all the protection I needed for the screen, while a tight-fitting flexible casing provides protection for the edges, back, and corners. Good product!!!

Went to Best Buy to have an expert install a screen protector on my new cell phone. It took a very short time for the employee, so it was definitely worth the price to avoid doing it myself. First try was perfect, and the employee knew certain tips that I was unaware of, and that could have caused me to fail. Including the drive to the store, I still saved time and not to mention- frustration. Screen protector is working out great! No issues whatsoever. Worth every minute (& every dollar!) Highly recommended.

I never have to wait long and the screen protector is always put on perfectly. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

I purchased the IPhone SE. It is smaller than my last phone but I love it! I can get into my coat or shirt pockets easier, it has a great screen and audio clarity and the camera is amazing. I also the very affordable price.

Screen protector is great. I've had this protector for years and i love that i can change it for a free one when it gets worn. The only thing i have to pay@ $8.00 to get it put on my phone. Last time i went after this one, i didn't want to pay the $8 to put it on because i was in a hurry and my husband said he could do it, the cashier said i needed to give her my old screen protector right then and there. I love about an hour away and was heading to a meeting. I didn't want my phone unprotected. So i didn't take the new one. I told her that i didn't want it to be unprotected and she said that was the rule. I didn't understand since i have a warranty on the protector why couldn't i just take it with me and put it on myself at home and throw the old one since i didn't know when i was coming back into town. That's the only issue I've had with this purchase.

So glad I signed up for the screen protector service. I have already had to replace a screen protector on my son’s phone, because he dropped his phone and the original screen protector cracked. The staff at Best Buy are so helpful and courteous.
