Can't get it to work

Not the DVR I wanted

My smart TV did just as much as I could get out of it and it has you subscribe to a service ($) that duplicated what I can do with my smart TV. I was never able to see or find out how to DVR anything. I have returned this item.

Roku app is horrible.

I'm am unable to navigate, as there are no instructions. The website gives no instructions and customer service has not answered my email in over a week

It's complicated to operate, especially the DVR aspect, so I returned it.

Great For Time Shifting OTA TV Shows
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Scribe DUO is a perfect replacement for recording over the air TV on a computer. I can access it from any of our computers and watch on our TV (with a laptop connected to the TV with an HDMI cable). It was delivered Dec. 20, 2019 just in time for Windows 7 and Windows Media Center to stop being supported. I get a perfect TV schedule and it is easy to record. Best of all, Best Buy had it on sale as well.
