I purchased these to replace the very abused ones. The thumb sticks look and feel better quality. And work as intended.

I'm currently on my second set. The rubber gums up and tears but it's to be expected over time. Holds up better than any stock joystick.

The firm rubber becomes gum like then fall apart completely.
