impressive chair my son loved it he had asked me for it a long time ago it was on a very good offer and I managed to buy him for his Christmas present he is very happy very comfortable and resistant and very pretty

I really should have seen if I could try this chair at Bestbuy. Though ours doesn't seem to have chairs on display. The chair looks nice, but its so small. The neck pillow is in the right spot at least. Though the strap broke on it after a day. The width of the seat is very small and you barley fit in it. The length is also very short so you can barley fit on it, most of your upper thigh hangs off. It seems to lean forward despite messing with the knobs. The arms are so far back that I can't even use them. The seat feels like its made of hard wood almost and I have to cover it in a blanket just for it to be comfy. Sadly because there is a restocking fee, I cannot return it. Worst purchase ever. This is why you should TRY chairs in store before buying them online. The numbers in the specs don't really mean anything. It's easier in person. To note my last chair I bought at Microcenter and it later years. This one is already having issues and I bought it a week ago. And for those curious, I am well within its weight limit. Then again, not sure what I expected for a chair on sale for under $200. Should also note there are not a lot of adjustable features. Just up and down, the arm rests can also go up and down but currently tilt back and forth (poorly designed).

I’ve had this chair for less than a year. At first it was good. Full range of motion and comfortable. But this chair’s base has cracked and is almost unusable. I was hoping that the chair would last longer than my $20 office chair

I am disappointed in the quality of this chair, I’ve only had this for 3 months at the time of writing and it’s already uncomfortable and falling apart. I could have saved me 60 bucks and gone with an IKEA high back chair, which the one I had lasted me for years and that was when I was I was spending 10+ hours a day every day sitting in it. After sitting in my friends gaming chair I was sold how comfortable it was, and that’s why I replaced my chair when it finally broke. Definitely not buying this brand of gaining chair ever again, and soured me on the prospect of buying any new gaming chair when a good quality IKEA height back chair for less than half the cost lasts for over 10 years.

Love the back support but the butt cushion/seat needs improving if you use for long amounts at a time.

Not a bad chair assembly is required not hard to put together

Would not purchase the chair is broke and can’t be used only three months after having it, customer service is horrible, cannot get manufacturer for the warranty to call you back and Best Buy themselves are absolutely no help! For a chair that I spent $224 on it should definitely last longer than 3 months, that fact that nobody will help you is even more ridiculous! I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again and I’m going to fight the charge with Citibank , so horribly disappointed!
