This HD is quick and was a good price for the size.

I bought this solely for my PS4. This SSHD added so much more storage to my game collection. It was easy swapping my old hard drive with this one. My PS4 runs much faster now. Highly recommend.

The drive itself is good. It worked well and was definitely fast. My drive died after only about two months. Although Seagate did replace the drive, they require the customer to pay shipping costs out of pocket. I don't like having to pay more because they made a defective product. If I had it to do over again, I'd spend a little more or go with a smaller size and go with a full SSD. Because of their warranty policies, I would not purchase another Seagate brand hard drive

Easy install for someone who knows what they are doing, haha! Very responsive, quick and storage space is great. Not as fast as SSHD, but then again you are trading space for quickness and at this point it is perfect for what I'm doing with picture editing and music production.

I purchased this drive for my ps3 12g unit that comes with no hard drive and I must say it works great. You will have to purchase a mounting bracket though to install it properly. Got mine from amazon for less that 10.00 bucks. The drive is faster than regular drives and is very quiet. If you need one for a playstation 3 or 4 do not look any further than this one. You will be very satisfied.

Not much to say about a hard drive except that it worked perfectly. I bought it to upgrade my MacBook Pro 13" early 2011. I cloned my old hard drive onto the new one and installed it and got started up with no problems! Just like I never changed it but had more space!

This drive was considerably faster than the stock 5400 rpm drive. Installed quickly and dynamically allocated the frequently used files to the SSD portion.

Added to ps4 as replacement for stock drive and have seen impressive increase in speed with much more space.

Great drive increased the speed of my MacBook, which I was going to replace - don't need to now. In my opinion hybrid drive way to go since the price point and performance are in the sweet spot - I'm not even convinced my Mac would speed up more with a full SSD because the firmware on this drive does a great job of optimizing programs you use - photoshop loads in seconds for example.

The drive is about what I expected. It is easy to install and use. It is quicker than traditional drives but not SSD speeds. I have a laptop with SSD and this drive installed in my desktop. For the price you get space and boost in performance. I would buy it again.

This drive so far has been very reliable and fast. Boot time on my macbook pro 2011 Unibody has increased to a noticeable degree. However, the price of the item is a bit much for the increase. Though the drive is great at 1TB and the speed increase is a nice bonus.

Good for upgrading ps4 storage fast and extra memory, cheaper than ssd card.

My 500GB internal Seagate drive quit on me after 4 years of heavy use, so I replaced it with this 1TB model. Installation was typical for a laptop HDD though there was no documentation explaining how to perform the initial setup of the drive, (formatting, partitioning, etc.). This hybrid drive is lightning fast, and was a great buy especially for the price! We had spent days on the internet looking for the right hard drive for our laptop. Then I happened into our local Best Buy, and there it was, the exact one we wanted at a tenth of the price! It works perfectly.

This is one of the best laptop hard drive available hands down. I have a desktop version which I am very pleased with and was eager to purchase this one once I saw they had a laptop version. Considering buying a secondary SSHD for my desktop if the price point is there. Great value for the price.

Good buy if you're looking for a little extra speed without paying for a full solid state drive. My laptop boots up noticeably faster than with its stock hdd. That said, I didn't notice a significant increase in speed in everyday operation. After all, it is still a hdd at heart.
