    seagate is a great brand and this hard drive does not let you down. great as an extra hard drive or a replacement hard drive for your desktop.

    This is a bit shorter in height than a normal Hard Dive (it will fit just fine in a desktop system), it worked as expected.

    I have used Seagate since I have been into computers. Have not had one fail on me yet, Except a certified repaired Seagate hard drive (which was failing after a year) that came in a refurbished HP Pavilion P6230Y I bought this one going on four years ago and was able to transfer the failing drive onto it which was pretty easy. Has been running quiet and smooth even when worked hard. Only thing I do not like now is the newer ones only have a 2 yr. warranty. guess I got one of the last ones with a 5 yr. warranty I always recommend Seagate and install them on computers I repair for friends and family and haven't had a complaint yet..
