Not as loud as others warned, jury is still out...

The back-up program that accompanies the drive is not very user friendly and there has been one instance when I thought I have backed up a drive (my desktop, actually) when the folder is later described as "empty." I have yet determined if this was the result of something I did, or a flaw in the instructions, or a glitch in the program.
