Smaller than my previous backup up device, and yet holds everything I have.

I bought this as a backup for my work laptop. The included backup software works seamlessly with Win7 & doesn't interfere with any of my corporate applications. If you are looking for a great backup drive that's quiet & reliable, look no further.

I bought this drive as an addition to my growing portable drive stable. Quickly became my favorite even though the memory size is the smallest I have. The size of the drive makes it convenient to carry and the USB 3.0 provides fast downloads.

I have been able to backup my computer, and that includes all my many photos. I can take it with me, or hide it. I have no worries about my computer failing or being stolen, because my documents (containing said photos) is on the external drive.

Quick. So far so good. Transferred a lot of date, and no problems.

It is Good price not great, should have upgrade to 1TB or more for little more..but too late. Anyway it is a good easy to use drive and trusted brand. Will recommend if you don't really need a lot of space just a simple backup for school work. Not HIGH MP Pics or millions of mp3 : )

I bought this to store my pictures on. Take hundreds each year and 500 GB allows me to store a lot. Feel safe from losing pics by storing them on this hard drive. Great price!!!!!!!

My motherboard on my laptop fried itself and the Geek Squad offered the option of purchasing this drive and transferring all the files to it while I decided which computer to purchase. It was great advice and left me with a usable drive after all was said and done.

Bought this drive to store some extra pictures and music downloads. It was easy to set up out of the box, just plug and play and I've had no problems offloading files to this drive. Nothing bad to report, good drive for the money.

Bought this for keeping our back up files and pictures safe. Works perfect for our needs. Storage capacity is a lot larger than I expected to find for the price. It's perfect.

I love my new hard drive because it was so easy to use and I am confident and at ease that all my files are back up in the event that anything ever happens to my computer or in this case when I take it in to get serviced. It is well worth the investment that's for sure!

I had problems with my laptop and how to take it to Geek Squad. It had to be sent out for repairs. As I needed to reserve all of the information on my computer in case it might be lost. They recommended this hard drive and downloaded everything along with a fee.
