It's Seagate!

The enclosure is in a horizontal orientation vs many that are vertical. Heat dissipation is important, and this worries me a little, since there appear to be no ventilation holes except on the bottom! Performance is typical out of the box, but only time will tell if this unit lives up to expectations. Reviews for some products are not helpful so early in their life.
