Used it to back-up my computer and store videos. I always trust seagate. I have never had any issues with them. I have had it for about 2 years and have not had any problems with it. Only con for me is it was a little pricey when I bought it but I think its cheaper now.

Great product for its value. I've been using it with a Linux Mint installation lightly and its VERY portable; it fits pretty snug in my Logitech G703 mouse case. Lots of storage, could also use a longer cable but still an amazing product for the value.

Good portable external hard drive,works fine afer a month,I only use it to store family pics and videos,so far works fine. I had a WD a few years ago and it last me about 4-5 years,after it broke without doing anything to it,and without being able to recover lost files.probably cd's and dvd's are the best storage option if you don't scratch them,but these hdd is one of the best out there according to the reviews.

I have had great luck with Seagate expansion drives. They are extremely simple to use, reliable, require no external power, and most importantly, store the files uncompressed and easily accessible. I use them for computer back ups and also to store archives of home movies, old files, everything.

Great little hard drive. Works well with an Apple computer. Slim and doesn't take up much space. Just be sure you buy or already own a USB adapter if using with an Apple device.
