    I have used Seagate External hard drivers in the past and they have always had good support available in a timely fashion. I recently used the external hard driver to set-up a recovery key for my computer and my computer split the external drive into 3 partitions. When I was not able to complete correct the issue, Seagate tech was able to help me remotely in less than 1 hour.

    Excellent product! I've had it for about a month now, and no problems yet. Only downside is it just comes with a USB-A to Micro B cable, so no USB-C compatibility unless you have another cable...
