This device is nicely priced for the amount of storage it offers. The only issue is the games cannot be played directly from this device. You have to transfer them over to the Xbox when it comes time that you want to play them. A lot of back and forth if you’re someone who has a bunch of games that you want to play often. If you’re looking for something that will add storage AND allow you to play the games directly from it without having to move them back and forth then I would recommend getting the Seagate storage expansion card and not the storage drive. If you don’t plan on using the games daily then maybe this would work for you. But it takes a good 10-15 minutes to transfer the files over to your Xbox depending on the size of course. So that’s something to keep in mind before purchasing this product. Overall it does work well. Just wasn’t quite what I had in mind when I was looking for a storage solution.

Not bad at all..... its always nice to have an external for the additional space. The added design of the drive itself, and the details make it super cool especially when the lights are off...

Easy to use with an Xbox. Only drawback is that the disc spins up at random times, even when the Xbox is turned off. It is quiet, but the green LED bar turns on.

The price I paid it was worth it. Easy to use and small and compact

I love this hard drive. Gave me an extra 4TB to store my games. The external is nicely made, compact and silent. The ambient green lighting the comes from the bottom is a nice touch too

Most older games can be played from the external storage though newer games need to be on your actual xbox hardrive. Its really convineient having 4T of extra storage and it gives me peace if mind.

I loved that this was a simple plug and play hd. It is able to hold sooo many games!!!! It was very affordable and a brand that I know is good.

You can use this to expand your local game storage as long as your format it for use like an internal drive. You get the option when you plug it in. The green bar looks is a nice addition. Our storage went from 95% full to like 15% after we plugged it in and formatted for game use.

Easy installation and all the space I needed…………..

Bought this drive for my xbox x series. Able to store and play my og xbox and xbox 360 games from it. Can also transfer x series games back and forth to free up space on the internal drive.

It works perfectly for my gaming laptop, just had to plug it in then automatically works without me having to do anything, great purchase and a great price.

Works great, simply plug it in and it's ready to go. Plenty of storage. Easy to transfer games to and from the Xbox as needed.

Xbox One external hard drive 4 TB allows you to store a lot of games on your hard drive. I use it to store games and then transfer it on to the Xbox series x hard drive instead of having to redownload all the games.

Good piece overall. The only issue I have is that with the new Xbox’s you cannot use it for the high quality games. But it’s perfect to save games on then transfer to the console when you’re ready to play.

Great present for my gamer son. He's been asking for one of these for his Xbox X since last year and I picked it up on sale to boot! Quiet, very fast, easy hookup, no complaints here.

Ease of connection to Xbox. Can store games that would not otherwise fit on internal storage on Xbox Series S. Also can play games straight from it that are not optimized for series S or X.
