Good NAS for a starter

Pray you do not need support

Now after experiencing the issues with resetting the password via S-Drive it might no longer be a choice. Seagate phone support or email support is pretty useless. Two weeks on and I still cannot log in due to :"GENERIC ERROR" msg. LAN access speed is using a 10/100 protocol and albeit faster than wireless should use gigabit speed. Local access is pretty easy and most of your streaming devices will find it without programming.

Seagate Personal Cloud 4TB NAS

Decent hard drive
