Great movie and great performances form duval and Caine. Hub reminds me of my grandfather

I love the movie, but would it kill retailers to send the movie in the case shown? The whole reason I bought from best buy over amazon was because it showed the movie in the nice case, not the one with the dinky, crappy cover. Super disappointed.

I first saw this movie on Uverse and had to buy it. A great storyline with everything you could want in a movie. Made me smile and laugh, had adventure and brought tears to my eyes, I didn't want the story to end. The actors we're great and couldn't have fit their parts any better, including the furry ones. As you can see I love this movie and is worth seeing at least once. Hopefully you'll get as much enjoyment as we have. Just wish it came in Bluray or 4K.

This is a wonderful funny and loving movie. This is the second one I’ve ordered. If you want a movie you will watch over and over again buy this one. Best Buy got it to me quickly, great shipping. You won’t regret it.

The movie was real life as well as active adventure

This is a great family movie- especially for boys.

This was a gift for a friend. One of the best movies of all time and very under-rated. Heart-warming, funny and delightful; Caine and Duvall are wonderful. They are the uncles I wish I had. They are the role models I intend to be as I get older. This is a must see. We have to watch this every month. If you can't feel good at the end then you just can't feel good ever.

I've watched this several times and bought copies for family and friends. You laugh, you cry. It's funny, sad, heart-warming and up-lifting. I love Robert Duvall in this! He reminds me of my father and makes me want to be a better man. Inside the tough exterior, his devotion to his one true love and his empathy for others as he teaches wayward teens how to be "real men" is touching. My favorite scenes are the fight in the diner (hilarious) and the speech on how to be a real man (moving). Highly recommended.

Second Hand Lions was a surprise for me. When I first viewed the trailer, what I saw did not impress me or sway me to watch the film. Word of mouth broke me down to see this film. What I saw was magical, heart-warming, great family entertainment I could relate to. Michael Caine and Robert Duvall really steal the show as Haley Joel Osment's eccentric uncles. I urge everyone to give this film a try as you will not be disappointed. The crazy stories the Uncle's tell Osment fit with the reality of the film. This film is more than a coming of age film or even a fantasy film. This is a film families need to sit down with each other and view together. This film leaves an impression and is memorable.

The quality of the Blu-ray Picture & Audio is better than the DVD. Robert Duvall & Michael Caine turn in good performances as the two uncles of a young boy left at their home by his mother, who is more interested in her boyfriend than in her son. She also wants her son to try to find the location of a hidden horde of money his uncles reportedly have. This is a must see movie which in my opinion is a classic.
