Best electric bike out there On the market today!!

I ordered this dirt e-bike and it took the company about 2 to 4 weeks to ship. I was notified it was shipped and I was home when it was delivered. When the delivery employees (geeksquad) were unloading the bike, they tipped it over pretty much upside down and on the Segway app, the bike took it as I got into an accident and the bike never turned on again. no matter how long the battery was unplugged and outside the bike, how long it was on charge, nothing. I had to return it. I spent about 4 hours putting the bike together and then going on the app and then bike never turned on.

Bike is awesome. Best purchase I've made in a long time for myself.

The most money I've ever spent aside from a house or car is sitting in my garage as a $5,500 paperweight because Best Buy nor Segway can correct an error preventing "activation" of the bike. You have to use the Segway app to activate the bike before it will fully work but it says "serial number cannot be activated" I've contacted Best Buy which basically said "not our problem, call Segway" and Segway "we'll get back to you...it's been escalated" multiple times. Good luck waiting for it....and using as intended.

High quality and dangerously fun! Don’t under estimate the power of acceleration of this bike or you will end up on your butt$. I like the app and it’s ability to change the torque and top speed.

My son purchased Segway dirt bike, it was delivered a couple days ago.It tells you on the box when taken out it will run 45 mph hour.It only went 16 mph, we called Segway for the last two days, the gentleman said they have a lot of calls , the programming you are suppose to do it says invalid , will not work, called again yesterday for the programming info my son was told they would get in touch with a tech it would be several days before we get any answer.When you pay the prices for Segway dirt bike over 7,000.00 this is crazy.

Very impressed with the fit and finish. Bike has lots of power and is easy to ride.

unbelivable ebike, light and powerful...speed is around 46. mph fpr 35 miles range in sport mode and eco around 45

Only ridden it once and something is wrong - Battery won't charge!!! I need help asap, please.

This is a bag that’s in between a mountain bike and a dirtbike runs strong grade suspension so far so good can take it anywhere

Sadly I ordered 2 both took forever to get to me, and neither worked. Very disappointed, luckily Best Buy allowed me to return it, it seemed like an amazing bike, but it had some issues immediately. Seems like the Tec isn’t there yet

I am planning to return it or replace it because when i ride Suddenly power goes off and it’s not working for about 3 to 5 seconds sometimes 5 to 10 seconds and sometimes 10 to 15 seconds which is bad

Still trying to settle with best on the return, I hope some one from corporate will call me soon. It’s been 1 month. Very disappointed
