Quality of service was great since purchasing and delivery. Would definitely buy again and most likely will soon. Have been recommending this bike to my friends. Have enjoyed it so much so far!

$5,500 brick thanks to BestBuy and Segway

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The most money I've ever spent aside from a house or car is sitting in my garage as a $5,500 paperweight because Best Buy nor Segway can correct an error preventing "activation" of the bike. You have to use the Segway app to activate the bike before it will fully work but it says "serial number cannot be activated" I've contacted Best Buy which basically said "not our problem, call Segway" and Segway "we'll get back to you...it's been escalated" multiple times. Good luck waiting for it....and using as intended.

Don’t under estimate the power of acceleration of this bike or you will end up on your butt$. I like the app and it’s ability to change the torque and top speed.

Segway dirt bike

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son purchased Segway dirt bike, it was delivered a couple days ago.It tells you on the box when taken out it will run 45 mph hour.It only went 16 mph, we called Segway for the last two days, the gentleman said they have a lot of calls , the programming you are suppose to do it says invalid , will not work, called again yesterday for the programming info my son was told they would get in touch with a tech it would be several days before we get any answer.When you pay the prices for Segway dirt bike over 7,000.00 this is crazy.

Very disappointed, luckily Best Buy allowed me to return it, it seemed like an amazing bike, but it had some issues immediately. Seems like the Tec isn’t there yet
