Overall I am really happy with my c80 Segway. although I wish it could go just slightly faster; I truly enjoy everything about it! It's a perfect size for me and fits almost anywhere. I use it primarily to commute to work and enjoy that I can out it in a bike rack, I save a ton of time finding parking as well as getting quicker to places I want to go to when traffic is congested! My only complain would be the app you have to download.

Electric bike fan. I've had 4 electric bikes over the past 13 years. Used them daily over the past 13 years. This scooter is by far, the best I have ever used. Reliable, safe, comfortable and top notch. I did a lot or research. Couldn't be happier JMB

I bought this scooter for my son and he absolutely loves it. All the features that come with it are user-friendly and makes this so much more than just any regular scooter. I would recommend it for everyone to enjoy.

Excellent gift for my son who uses his scooter to get to work and around town. Does not require drivers license and can be driven on sidewalks or bike lanes.

Rode it to the post office, around the neighborhood. Very comfortable and quiet. I installed the app, and don't have to worry about powering it on with other methods. Just sit down and go. Love that it has GPS to track riding records and track the current location of the vehicle (in case it moves without your knowledge). I will use it to do an estimated 40 minutes commute to work since I have found bike routes to avoid traffic. I just hope Segway/Bestbuy will start selling accessories like the carrying case, and guest back seat to compliment this great ride.

For two old folks 72 and 74 these things have helped us to keep way ahead of our neighbors in living large. Thank you!

This thing is so fun, I can't get over it. I only live 1/2 mile from work so I am able to get there so quick. It is so fun to ride

Super good product. The Segway Emoped works well and is great for people like myself in the 13-15 year old range. In only 3 days I’ve put well over 100 miles on the moped in only a few charges. Another plus which is not mentioned is the phone charger which comes in very handy when you want to ride but your phone is not charged. It should also be known that this can fit two people for me i have people sit in the back “storage” plate.

Love it. Was skeptic about purchasing but was not at all disappointed

It was supposed to be delivered 3/3. The freight co shipped it back and forth between CA and OH for a couple weeks, for no apparent reason. It sat in an OH freight warehouse for a week for no apparent reason. They finally handed it off to another, even worse freight co. It arrived with the box all beat up and the freight co dropped the crate out by the road instead of delivering it back in the driveway near the house. The battery does not appear to be taking a charge. The rear view mirrors don't fit tightly and spin around useless as you drive. The pedals are too small for the average adult foot. Very sluggish up hills. Extraordinarily poor customer service at every stage of this purchase. It's simply not worth the price.

Love this e-bike! I live in a relatively flat area, and I weigh near max of 220lbs. This scooter has great get up and go, and the seat is super comfortable for longer rides. 10 / 10!!!

Was so excited for this ebike because I live in a busy area where parking is expensive and hard to come by. It slows down SO much even at the slightest incline and my battery has stopped charging twice now and Segway won’t replace it anymore and wants me to buy a new battery. It took two months to get a new battery from them the first time and now they’re directing me to a retailer to purchase. It’s honestly crap. If I could return it now I would…
