I bought as a gift for my bride. She consistently raves about the clarity of the buds and how lightweight they are. She likes how they fit and even mentions she forgets they are in her ears. Would highly recommend for any lover of music. Great value for the Monet.

Great headphones and sound. Quality product. We had an issue with them not charging and Sennheiser sent us a new pair.

I tried many different earbuds from JBL, Apple, HIFIMAN and these are in their own league. I mean they sound the best! Nice bass, excellent highs and greatly integrated sound. If you care bout the sound quality (especially for music) the get them!

I wish I could rate 4.5 stars! First, the sound on these is exceptional, especially for this price range. I use them when walking my dog, working at my desk, and some exercising. Comfort is good enough. The Pixel buds are more comfortable, but these aren't bad. Pairing was straightforward. You have to download the sennheiser app to use the eq, but once I set it, I don't use it anymore. Connection is great, with minimal dropouts (once every 3 or 4 uses). Sometimes I've have to turn Bluetooth off and on again when first putting them in, but this is rare enough to where it doesn't bother me. This is a relief because my previous buds (pixel buds) were far worse here. Gestures are good (not as good as pixel) and usable enough.for the price point, these are great for listening at work or walking.

These are hands down the best sounding ear buds I've ever owned. I listen to a lot of bass-heavy music, but I also enjoy having a clear, crisp sound to the mids and trebles. There's no compromise here when it comes to sound quality. Also, the battery life is great and the touch controls are very easy to use and the app lets you customize not just the controls, but even the built-in equalizer to really dial in the sound profile you're looking for. A top notch purchase, surpassed only by their big brothers the True Wireless 2 earbuds.

These earbuds sound great. Go into custom settings to increase bass and treble. Easy to pair to iphone but unable to pair to smart TVs.

These are the best earbuds I've owned in regards to sound. I've had no issues so far. They are pretty comfortable to wear and fit good and tight. I would recommend to purchase.

I purchased these after returning my Buds live due to comfort issues. These are certainly much more comfortable. Also the sound quality and levels are much better. These are a closed type setup so they will be louder as they seal well in the ear canal. I did not give a 5 as they were a PIA to pair. After a 44 minutes firmware upgrade they finally paired to my Note 10+.

4 stars only because the volume would be a little more louder/higher. Overall the best after trying many different high-end ones. Best part about this is finally I could find one wear comfortably like 2-3hrs. Honestly speaking, idc how good rest of performing if wearing-comfort ain’t there.

I've not been a fan of earbuds in the past because they are not comfortable and they too easily fall out of my ears. These Sennheisers fit very comfortably, and don't fall out. They have great sound, and have adjustable features accessed thru an app on your smart phone. These are great! The only feature they don't have that would be nice, that some other brands have, is that the case does not store a charge. Yes, you charge them in the case, but the case doesn't supply an extra charge.

Okay so I was skeptical about getting these earbuds. These were meant to be workout and at work earbuds for me. The sound quality is up there compared to earbuds like skull candies which were the only earbuds I would get. I have two pairs of studio headphones: Austrian Audio hi-x55 32ohm and Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 80 ohms. Compared to these two considering the power output, the Sennheiser CX 400BT’s have a wide range for listening and the audio quality is premium. I often find myself using these at work the most and I usually have only one earbud in at a time. I think these are only compatible to be used with one earbud on the right earbud only, but I could be wrong. These earbuds are so precise that you can hear parts of songs that you would’ve never heard before. The little nuances like people talking in the studio in the background, or when an artist is adlibbing and it’s so subtle you can barely hear it are just some examples of how precise these earbuds are. With these earbuds I’m constantly being surprised to hear these little things that I’ve never heard in a song before. Even after listening to the song probably hundreds or thousands of times. Now there is an app that comes with these earbuds, but it isn’t completely necessary to use if you don’t want to. The app does include a minimal EQ and I believe you can change the settings on the multi-tap functions. For 99 bucks this is a deal compared to the Bose Sport Earbuds or the Sony xm3 earbuds which are around 180. So if you want to be balling on a budget these are a good choice. For 99 these are a steal.

If you can snag them on sale or use points they are worth the price. You really can't get much better sound without spending quite a bit more on the momentums. If you use other sennheiser over the ear headphones the sound should be pleasing to you. I use HD 650's or HD 598's for vinyl, and for these to even be tolerable is a surprise. First set I've had that isn't too bass heavy, if you listen to EDM or wan't booming bass these aren't the right buds for you. If you like a laid back, smooth and detailed sound these are for you. Vocals are 100% better than a lot of other buds out there...If they sound tinny use the EQ App(which is also a big pro for these).

Excellent sound quality and comfort. Getting them to seat in your ear can be a little challenging. Once you get the correct ear piece size on it is better. Also changing tracks should be easier but the quality is excellent.

The CX400BT Sennheiser ear buds produce a high quality sound and are comfortable to wear for hours at a time. The only detraction is that there is a slight buzzing sound when powering them up.

Sounds pretty good. Stays in ear while jogging and biking. It does need some tweaking using the equalizer on the app, but that is a simple fix. Easy to understand and customize to your enjoyment .

They Sound really good right out of the box, and the companion app that lets you tune the lows, mids, and highs individually really helps (3 band equalizer, with custom names/multiple sets). They support AAC/Apt-X/SBC they'll connect to a variety of devices new and old and always have the best connection Pros: - Sound (great + custom eq) - portability (very small case) - warranty (2 years) - Codec support (sbc, aptx, aac) Cons: - no ipx rating - plastic is on the weak side (prone to scratching against metal/concrete) -earbuds are slippery and smudgy at times other thoughts -prices (It's been fluctuating like crazy now) - could house more charges in the case/qi
