I like the style and feel of the neck piece and ear buds but can never quite get them to fit where they block sounds equally in both ears. the clarity of music and voice (I listen to a lot of audio books). it is really great on the Mid and Low range but lacks a little in the highs. overall, I would recommend them.

I walked into Best Buy expecting to by a pair LG Bluetooth headphones. They didn't have them, but the very knowledgeable employee that helped us introduced me to this headset and i couldn't be happier! I had never heard this brand before and was nervous, but they are great! Issues that i had with my old LG's with phone calls not being clear etc, i don't have AT ALL with these. Also play music great and are if high quality! Will never go back!!

Picked these up when my Samsung Icon X started to fail me, It was tough to go from a true wireless back to a behind the neck set but the increase in audio quality was well worth the effort to adjust, only real gripe was the lack of a magnetic ear bud lock when not in use so they just hang loose when you don't have them on but it doesn't bother me enough to knock off a star

Headphones are good, but at the price one would expect a little better. I have had cheaper headphones (Skullcandy) that actually sounded a little better. I decided to purchase Sennheiser in ear because of a previous Sennheiser over the ear purchase and the quality and wonderful sound in the over the ear I thought may translate into a better sound for the in ear experience. The headphones sound decent, but a little lacking and can sometimes feel flat in sound. I am not big on returning and these are not horrible so chances of returning are slim, but for the price I expected better.

I really only use my headphones for music and I have to say these are the best sounding wireless in-ear headphones. You can hear every little instrument it's like you're hearing your songs again for the first time. Also, they do get pretty loud, which was a problem I had with other wireless headphones.

    Best Sounding Earbuds, Period !

I'm not an "over the ear" headphone guy,. I own at least (8) high quality earbuds. All of them serve a different purpose. I've worn Jabra's, Jaybirds, Bose, Sony, Aftershokz, etc. I recently shopped at Best Buy for the best neckband style earbuds, as I wanted longer battery life and was looking for noise cancelling earbuds. The Sennheisers DO NOT advertise these as noise cancelling, but other reviewers noted that with their fit and proper seal, they held their own. I can attest that they are unbelievable and definitely do just that and more. I appreciate soundstage depth, concert-like clarity, and no distortion from earbuds. I also like to have the ability to adjust the EQ. These earbuds checked all the boxes and top all of the choices I compared against. My three top choices in the category were the Sony WI1000 X and Bose XC30 and the Sennheiser HD1 M2. My comparison was done using HI Res streaming and Hi Fi quality streams from two different streaming services. The tracks I used were Chris Cornell "Promise" Beth Hart Live "Heroine" Rush "Tom Sawyer", Swedish House Mafia "Don't Worry Child", and a Classical Mix of my own for depth. They were great right out of the box and even better with adjustments in the app. The Bose were too bassy and had no app. adjustment. That said, they were the best for noise cancelling. They are always a high quality build. The Sony's had great noise cancellation, a ton of adjustments, but always distorted at high volumes. They also were well built and contained a nice feature that allowed them to become a "plug in style" when the battery ran out. The Sennheisers were great all the way around. Even though they are not advertised as noise cancelling, they performed excellent. Overall, they knocked it out of the park. The price point was also $50-100 under the competition. No matter if I I paired them to my Fitbit watch, phone or tablet the sound was incedible. My ultimate noise cancellation test was when I sat by our busy pool. I could hear very little ambient noise and it sounded like the music was being played right in front of me. They are great looking and well built using nice leather and red stitching around the neckband. They also come with a nice solid hard case. I rated them a four, as I never tested the mic., but using them to answer calls is not why I bought them. They are a 5 on everything else. Particularily sound quality. They are not really a high impact excercise earbud set, although they are lightweight and you can easily wear them all day and not notice. In a super humid climate on a sweaty long walks, they had no issues slipping out. From a phone feature standpoint, I do like that they vibrate when paired with your phone when someone calls or messages. If you shop at Best Buy, these are hidden in the Magnolia section. They are priced right for their value. The sales people had no idea they had them in stock. In fact the location that I went to purchase them from, failed to even have them on the floor and told me they weren't in stock. I had to show them on the app.. I'd look online to make sure the store you shop shows them in stock. Best Buys return policy makes them well worth the try. I love shopping at Best Buy for that reason. The only earbuds I own that can compare are the 1More Triple Driver wired buds. I hope this helps anyone that is considering these for purchase, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased under recommendation from your sales associate I am in outside sales and make or receive about 75-80 callls a day Sound in is good. However continual complaints by customers who can’t hear me or say I’m in a tunnel Unit also continuously shuts off And has to be restarted to reconnect Would expect better performance for price Have used lesser LG products with better succes Also have lost earpiece within first month of use

These are amazing! As soon as I started listening to songs I've heard before, I was hearing beats and verses I'd been missing out on. I'm glad I got these. Pricematch made these an even better deal!

Great sound with wide frequency response range. Quality construction. In-ear style provides decent passive noise reduction. Wish connection was usb-c but older model so understandable.
