Played music ok, but phone calls were not good. The input would get muffled easily. I have a pretty big neck and it felt to big for me. Ended up returning to store

After only four months of light usage these seem to have nothing left to give me. I charge them and now get nothing. This was after several days of continuing to slowly lose all functionality. This was post weeks to a month of having difficulty staying connected to my iPhone 8 for any period longer than about 90 seconds. Unnaceptable in this price range. We’ll see how Sennheiser handles this warranty / return - whatever it be let’s see. I’ll come back and possibly adjust review accordingly.

Look and feel fantastic very clear audio and acoustics

Sennheiser never disappoints, I own 10 different pairs of sennheiser headphones, and approximately 20 of their pro audio microphones. Everything I've owned from them has been durable, and reliable. I recommend sennheiser to everyone as i will not buy any other headphones or microphones

The sound is not impressive, the buttons are hard to use without looking or without a lot of experience with it, if you move (and you need to move), the sensitivity of microphone makes your interlocutor to hear strange sea waves noises... and isn’t stable on your neck, it has tendency to move to much on one side almost loosing it. I didn’t find anything pro to consider. It’s not worth the money!

This had great sound quality and the leather designs makes it sleek

After reading a lot of wireless headset reviews the Senneheiser sounded like what I was looking for - good sound quality and durability. However, the reality is my much less expensive LG Tone Pro HBS was far superior in every category, in my opinion, except looks. The sound quality of the Senneheiser was not great, controls are much more clumsy, volume is too low even on its loudest setting (and I have excellent hearing) and I received constant complaints from people on the other end of the call that it sounded like I was talking in a tunnel or they couldn’t understand what I was saying. I frequently had to repeat myself which I almost never had to do on the LG’s. I would not recommend the Senneheiser headset to music lovers looking for quality sound or to people who use the headset for calls.

Good product I would recommend it to a friend if they asked me my thoughts. Generally easy to work with Best Buy and they deliver quickly when items are shipped.

I use these wireless ear buds daily with no problems connecting to my phone. I would recommend these to anyone who works while talking on the phone.

Not worth the price. Sound great but horrible. mic. Catches all sounds even if it touches your clothes lightly. Calls are horrible.

I know the brand so I was excited. But once I used them I didn't like thier over sensitivity...... I could hear my hair brusing against the headphones it got annoying
