The person on the receiving end sometimes has trouble hearing me with a noisy background. Didn't have that trouble with previous brand.

I like the headphones, but the cords do not retract, and my lifestyle is active. I fear injuring the cords.

I have tried lots or earbuds. This one is subpar at best. The microphone picked up so much noice even just rubbing on the clothes. Sound is ok tho.

Not what expected at all. For $200 I expected a better quality sound and volume.

Awesome Sound, Terrible Microphone

These are literally the best "in ear" headphones I have ever listened to. I would literally give them a five on the sound quality alone. I listen to jazz music which was recorded live a lot, and these headphones literally "put me in the room" with the sound clarity and quality. But. They are terrible for phone calls. The caller sounds 10 miles away, and they can't hear you either. My wife says that the microphone is "static prone" and "I sound fuzzy". These headphones need a "phone mode" for calls, I think, because the audio dynamics of phone calls are very different than listening to music. If you are buying these exclusively to listen to music, please BUY THEM! If you plan on making some phone calls with them, then chose another brand.

Headset worked ok for about a year then sound slowly faded. Eventually, it went out.
