Beyond frustrating

Every single time you tip your head downward anything other than a 90° angle to your neck, the stupid things pause. Sometimes when the music comes back on after you lift your head back up again, it will go to your iTunes. Sometimes it they will just pick a random YouTube video and start playing that instead. It is unbelievably frustrating there has to be way more better options than these headphones

Bought these because they were on sale. Heard they sounded amazing. They sound extremely good but anyone around you can sing along without missing a note. Even around 40-50% volume it leaks bad. Tried everything to make sure they were sealed properly and it never improved. If Sennheiser can fix it they will have something, until then pass.

Very, very good sound quality. But there is no downloadable program for PC than you can change EQ or levels. Sound is really not that loud when turned all the way up and when wired to aux the sound quality sucks...

Sound quality is great although it’s not loud enough. Touch sensors hardly work, Headphones randomly turn on as well and I don’t think spending $300 are worth it

Fantastic sound, but software issues persist when connecting with Bluetooth and connecting to the app (iPhone user) I’ve had to factory reset my new headphones at last 10x in a month.

I received these headphones as a gift. I was excited to check them out as they were rated the best in sound quality. After using them for about 15 minutes, the bluetooth connection dropped. I reconnected, and then it happened again, and again. I updated the firmware, and it happened again. This time it flashed a red light as if the battery was going dead. So I charged it to full and tried again... and the connection dropped after about 20 minutes of connection. I thought maybe I got a bad pair--so I searched for online reviews only to discover that this issue is prevalent among users whether they bought their headphones a year ago or a month ago. It seems Sennheiser has a bad design (firmware? hardware?) and has not been able to resolve it since these headphones were released. Do yourself a favor and skip these!
