One bud doesn't charge anymore and sometimes they stay connected to the phone while in the case (supposedly charging ). I will say the sound is great, but the reliability for the price is very lackluster.

Easily the best TW earbuds available

Returned my Sony 1000XM4's due to the overly large footprint & even worse fit. These are excellent all arounders. I have a difficult time finding earbuds that fit snuggly & stay put. These manage to do both & did I mention the sound. NC is top tier as well, & the app provides ease of use controls & options. For $200 theres no better options.

Don’t believe the hype!

Since I saw many reviews claiming theses were the best on the market. But once I bought them and tried them on, I was really disappointed. These did not live up to my expectations. The audio is a little too quiet, and the bass isn’t really punchy. Overrated.

Fit can be a bit rough after a few hours of wearing. overall a great purchase. Price tag is a bit high but worth it way more than Samsung or apple buds.
