Does exactly what they are intended to do. Great sound, more than acceptable ANC, wireless charging case, multi point connection. Slightly uncomfortable, but most in ear buds are to me. Great product.

I mean its Sennheiser sound quality. Never disappointed me in that regard.
It has a lot of issues for me. The most important one is noise cancelling. It says its active nc but I highly doubt it. In an office environment, when these are on, even while I am playing some binaural beats, I can hear even the chair squeaks of my colleagues when they just move about. I can hear everything they are saying.
When I turn off the noise cancelling, it channels more noise in which is fine but there is no just off button. The reason I even looked for "normal" state is because when you turn on the noise cancelling, you get to hear this faint hissing sound that is base-e. I guess thats all the noise cancelling it does.
That base heavy hissing sound cancels out the noise from things like if you have a fan near by or you are in an airplane but you still hear everything else.
The second issue is the connection. I never experienced it to just connect and start playing. I always have to give it like 20 seconds for it to settle down after connecting to a device whether a laptop or my cellphone. After connecting, the sound randomly cuts off in one ear, then it comes back and then the other ear is off and so on until it settles. Then it is fine.
The comfort is another issue for me. Yes it does give you lots of options to customize it but in some configurations you loose the base when you gain comfort. That's not much of an improvement is it? I have to sacrifice sound quality for comfort? At this price point?
As I am typing this review, I hear every key click from my keyboard. How is this a noise cancelling headphone?
Wow my friend just walked by my desk and I heard the smacking noise from his flip flops and I am playing binaural beats with heavy base right now.

Bought another pair because I lost a left side earpiece :( but would choose these over Apple AirPods all day.

My go to earbuds for the gym and flying. The active noise cancellation does its job, as well as the transparency mode. The sound on this earbuds is amazing and being able to customize the sound is plus.

Great service, but it constantly disconnects on my iPhone. Solid performer when it’s connected though. You don’t need the anc due to how well it seals.

I enjoy these headphones. I am coming from a pair of Sony wireless earbuds (xm4) which failed too early due to battery issues. The noise cancelling on these Sennheisers isn't quite as good but it is sufficient for me.
The fit is a little chunky and will depend on your ears - I'm already used to them and have worn them for hours at a time.
I find the passthrough easy to use, and it is a plus over Sony that you can use these to change the volume
The case is a little big for wireless earbuds, buy it feels very premium. Unsure how the fabric will do over time but I like it

While I normally gravitate towards another higher-end brand, I took the chance with these pairs and do not regret it in the least. For the quality of sound, the price was well worth it.

Sound was great, but it didn't have the bass I was looking for. The sound clarity was wonderful and they were well balanced, but I was looking for more punchy bass. I ended up returning them. For the average listener, you'll like them.

I wanted earbuds with excellent connectivity as I move around a lot with the headphones in. These earbuds did not lose any connectivity and the sound quality is exceptional too!

I am a big fan of Sennheiser TWS line, have owned gen 1, 2, 3, now 4. It has better SQ (at least same) as gen 3. But the improvement is newer codec and loessless format support. Others are pretty much the same as gen 3. If you ask me if it's worth to upgrade from gen 3, probably not. But for other gen owner, definitely it's yes. Also comparing to other ANC buds like Sony/Bose, its ANC is not on par with that. I think the best part of TWS 3/4 is its SQ, i.e sound quality.
