This headset is amazing. It has great sound and very intuitive controls. The ANC works very well. The different sound modes are a handy feature too.

I got these for my wife. I was amazed at how closely comparable they are to my Sony MX 1000M3s. For that price it’s a no brainer.

The headphones are great. I use them for listening to music and while playing the drums at the same time. They act as ear protection as well.

Headset has crisp sound. Not a lot of bass and I do like bass. Hooks up easily to iPhone. My headset tells me time to recharge over and over so I plugged it into the wall. Still tells me to recharge over and over. Plugged into my laptop. Still tells me to recharge and then it went dead. Had a Best Buy guy look at it. He says it’s the battery. Then he said no; it’s fully charged. It worked. Went back home with it. It worked. I put them up for a day and took them down. They were turned off, had to turn them on and it tells me time to recharge. I returned them. When that happens, I have a tendency to not want a replacement. Maybe afraid to get another bad one, I guess. They’re supposed to be very good. You can switch songs by brushing forward or back and volume is up and down and mute is a tap. Modes for movie, music. Noise cancel so good. They were SO comfortable. Very very comfortable. I chose to let em go. I just got a bad pair probably.

Excellent sound quality. Easy to operate touch controls and you will not hear a crying baby, even if they’re one row away from you.

I have always used Sennheiser headsets and I have never been disappointed and this ones are no exception. I definitely recommend this product.

I travel a lot. Crying kids in a plane. These are the right choice to help drown them out and take a nap. Great choice

comfortable fit and easy to change settings. recharge feature is real nice to have, sure is better than batteries.

So far, I consider these headsets to have the most balanced features that I need for gaming, discord and music. I think I tried over 6 different headsets to include the Sony WH-1000XM3. The Sennheiser PXC 550 had the most features to include controls on the headset themselves which in turn would keep my settings if I turned them off. In my opinion they do not sound better then the Sonys but they do function better using them in gaming/discord which is what I need.

Had the item for about 2 months but having some issues. First and foremost you should know that the sound options and the sound are great and I have never had an issue with sound quality from Seinheiser products. However, the PXC 550 in most cases will have connectivity issues, these connectivity issues resolve from phone calls and multiple devices being connected at the same time. During a phone call the headphones for me will more often than not connect to my phone call, I have to turn them off and back on in most cases. Multiple device connection issues would be if I don’t disconnect my laptop via shutting it off it will stay connected even though I am watching a video on my phone. Lastly an issue I am now experiencing is the headphones are not charging nor turning on. There is little information that tells me what to do to fix this, and it seems that it is a problem that others have had as well. That being said I am returning these and getting a new pair via insurance and will see if I have a he same issue again.

Premium quality headphones with excellent clean and crisp sound - even at high volume

These headphones have great audio. Also, the functionality for both music and phone calls is superb.

They are honestly really good and on par if not better then my Audio Technica wired headphones.

Over the years I have had a few headphones, but by far this one is the best. Bose make good ones.

The headset is very useful at cancelling out many noises; however, I feel like it cancelled out maybe 90% of the noise and gave me headaches at the same time. That may just be a personal issue. Besides that, it was not comfortable for my large head and taking calls with the headset was close to impossible in most situations.
