Good but.....

Like the right ear you can "swipe" to control the tracks & volume. The bad is that I listen to a lot of R&B and Hip Hop, and they could not keep up with the heavy bass. Drunk in Love by Beyonce sounded so distorted. :( They really are awesome, but I could not justify the price and keeping them given the type of music I like to listen to on them, and the sound quality.

Decent for the price

Considering it is cheaper than both of those I would recommend them unless you're a stickler for noise-canceling, then for the Sony.
