I use these for long flying and walking airports! Excellent to have and definitely worth the price! The product carries a built in OEM 2 yr warranty and you can add the Geek squad warranty as added protection! Cant go wrong with Sennheiser!

These are an older model but still I think can hold their ranks. These are much better with android phones. If you have an iPhone Sennheisser does not support the music file types so sound isn’t that great wireless.

Bluetooth connection is sketchy. Pauses music on it's own - it happens while touching right earcup super lightly with anything i think. Application lacks real options, like real equalizer. Adaptive noise reduction works well. Surround noise can turn itself off anytime for no reason. Call quality is great, Micropfone noise reduction does the job very well. I got this unit for 186 but i feel its at least 90 bucks too much. Ah, Looks niceand feels sturdy, Off/on method is really bad option.

I returned these in favor of the Sony - 1000XM2. They aren't a "bad" set of headphones just not as comfortable. The headband is also shallow, meaning I had to extend them almost all the way out to reach my ears. The ear pads are also fairly narrow.

This headphone are nice in terms of mic, sound is not that great comparing other headphones. Price of this is crazy I really could not get all the benefits for the price.

It took me 4 tries to find over the ear headphones that actually fit my large head! These don’t give me a headache and work well with all my electronics. Thank you Sennheiser for thinking of us large-headed humans :)

Great headphones just not as loud as I personally like it. Love the side panel Controls as well as the auto on and off by folding and unfolding the headphones open or close.

These were so disappointing. The noise isolation/cancelation is pretty good and they feel okay but the audio is where they fall flat. Their sound stage out of the box is a lot like when you get footage shot in RAW. Everything is super muted, there's no processing. No life. You can tweak the settings with the companion app but it's not going to bring out the audio I'd expect from $400 headphones. Go with the Sony WH-1000XM3, or even the M2 instead.

Product is ok expensive to pay the kind of money you better off with the Bose Q35II or the SONY WH-1000xm4

Just received the item yesterday and I'm still trying to figure out how to set it up. Can't seem to get the volume all the way up or loud enough at the moment.

Sadly I had to return. Excellent quality. They gave me a bad headache after less than 1/2 hour of wearing. The headband seemed to dig heavy into my scalp. The ear cups felt comfortable. I am not a fan of sound isolation. I found it confusing to figure how to work these headphones. That said I’m not all that tech savvy. I wished I didn’t find them so overall uncomfortable to wear. I can’t say I wore them long enough to properly evaluate the sound quality.

Over all, sound is only average, lacking base. Operation is over complicated. Requires pairing every time used.

Great quality for the price given they were purchased on sale. Slightly below Sony/Bose in the normal MSRP price point, but on sale they are a huge step up over similar ones in that range.

After many researches, finally found one that is right on the same level with other known brands out there that is also on sale. Touch control is a big plus.

I read and viewed reviews on the Sony, Bose and Sennheiser ANC headphones and settled on the PXC550's. While the sound is great, and the are comfortable (although you can get a bit sweaty) I'm returning the product. After about an hour of playing music connected to my phone I noticed intermittent connectivity problem. The audio would stop, play then stop. No amount of rebooting my phone or the headphones would fix this issue. I paired the headphones to a different device and got the same result. It is simply not usable, and I bought this 2 days ago. I simply cannot recommend the PXC550's.

Really fantastic sound but it did not fit my giant noggin. Would reccomend if you have a smaller noggin.

Great sounding headphones, noise canceling is descent, but had bluetooth connection issues.

I have done a little research and these headphones are the real deal! My husband and I have checked these out online. We are pleased!

The so called noise cancelling was more like noise generating with a noticeable hiss that detracts from the sound you want to hear. The sound option built in adds a lot of bass. I had to watch a preview for stranger things season 3 and the deep house it used hurt my head and ears. I don't think I have more than 30 minutes of use time on it.

Good sound but hurts my ear after long use.................
