Customers are pleased with the sound quality and comfort of the Urbanite XL Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones. Some users noted that the headphones could use more bass, and a few experienced issues with the ear pads detaching. The crisp sound and excellent noise cancellation were frequently praised. However, improvements to the ear pad's firmness could enhance the overall user experience.

Great Cans!

Bought these and a pair of Beats Studio Wireless to compre and in the head to head test with my music these smoked em, and for $100 less! Only drawback, no hard case with the cans, bummer. Great plus though, if you run out of juice, just go corded. They are awesome headphones for people that like miss and highs, wouldn't know how much they thump, don't listen to that.

These headphones sounded amazing, much better than beats studio. They do have an issue, the headband is not tight enough to hold the ear cups firmly against the head. In a bass heavy headphone this is a deal breaker. Unless you hold them tight against your head, all the bass escapes. I had to return them. I do have a small head, but I think these would be loose on most people. Great build quality and cool (if not a bit finicky) control system. I personally liked it. I wanted to keep them so bad, but the loose fit was just too much.

Sound, construction are excellent. Pairing is seamless. Lately, it's been skipping when it's in wireless mode. Not sure if it is due to data because I was listening to wifi or hardware problem. I'll give it a few days.

Sound quality and build quality are excellent. But touch interface is very hard to use. Weight is above comfort level. Returned within 48hr.

I bought these headphones because I wanted to own one for Senny. They came in an attractive box and unboxing these headphones was exciting. The headphones themselves looked beautiful, but I wasn't too satisfied with the loudness of these headphones. Even when I had both my headphones and my phone set to full volume, it was a decent loudness (compared to a Sony and Ausdom I own). The sound quality was okay. I took them around for a day and next day I realize that one of the ear cup pads had fallen off and I had no idea when and where. I did find it in my car but this got me worried and I did end up returning it because the earcup pads weren't that secure.

This is my wife's second headphone from Sennheiser. She loved the first one and lasted for years. She looked at Sony and Beats but eventually got another Sennheiser for its well balanced audio, not too much bass!

Great sound with powerful bass.
Only problem I have encountered is the range, and that was solved by moving the Bluetooth receiver to another place with less interference

I read the criticisms for the earpiece falling off. That is the only reason that I did not rate it a five star. However I am very patient and mastered a technique to put it back on fairly quickly. All in all this is a great product that I am really enjoying.

Best Bluetooth Headphone I have used.

This is a great set of bluetooth headphones. Comfortable to wear, great sound, no connectivity issues, even when switching between multiple devices. They look good, sound good, and they just work. I use them every day.
The touch controls are easy to use, though I occasionally end up with them connected to my phone plus another device, and have been known to accidentally activate a redial function (don't call your boss in the middle of the night). User error.
Sound quality is excellent, better than I have heard through other bluetooth headphones. That being said, it won't equal a wired audiophile setup through a dedicated amp. Expect great sound, not miracles.
Only unexpected downside is extremely minor -- the PC microphone driver for these only supports 8khz. Colleagues tell me that my voice sounds a bit 'compressed' through the Urbanites as compared to my Beyer Dynamics headset. Minor issue that won't affect many people, so still 5 stars. Recommended.

The Sennheiser Urbanite XL wireless is nothing short of amazing. It is well built and it looks and feels luxurious. On bluetooth it sounds very nice but limited with good bass. When you have it wired to your smartphone the sound and bass are well balanced and takes it to another level. The only drawback is for $300 it should have came with a case. Compared to Beats I feel I made the right choice. I also own a pair of Bose earphones which has superb active noise cancellation for traveling.

This is the best headphone for the price of 184. Excellent noise cancellation and isolation. Not too much bass, which is perfect for my music taste. Ideal for medium or high end users.
