Worked perfectly right out of the box. The microshreds are tiny, much smaller than my old crosscut shredder could produce. No problems so far, and I already shredded half of the old stuff in my filing cabinet. I bought the blue one, which is very pleasant to look at, but I understand it also came in red and Black for those who like those colors.

Love the red. I've only shredded a little bit, but it seems to work good. The pull out on the front does cause some paper to fall out, but it wasn't too bad. Doesn't take up a lot of room and the wheels make it handy to move around.

The first time I used it it jammed before even half full! I tried to do a survey, but it never came up on the website, kept wanting me to register all over again! I could not find the lubricant sheets at Bestbuy! Locally!

I bought this shredder online and was very disappointed. First, the shredder had been used before (had paper in the teeth). Then the paper cuts were larger than microcut and jagged (dull blades). It also choked with 4 sheets at once. I took it back for a better quality shredder the next day.

Our previous shredder died! This was an update for us and a great product choice.

I've owned several shredders in the past ten years and this one is the BEST - by far! Very powerful, eats plastic credit cards and will shred 10 sheets of paper without slowing down. The bright RED really dresses up my cluttered office. Another great buy. on sale, at BEST BUY!

I like it a lot. reliable. If your office is in the bedroom, a blue light is constantly on and it is bright. if you shut your off then their is not issue with it.

Heats up after shredding only a small amount. Says 10-sheet, but works best when 5 sheets or less. So frustrated with the heating up then having to let it cool. Shredding any volume takes forever because of this issue.
