We used it for a few days now and its been working hard. Shredded four large rubbermaid storage bins and it has not overheated yet. Has not ever slowed down. It been working like a charm. I would agree with the rest of the posts. It is loud.but its pretty dang good. Will shred credit cards, 8 pages with staples at once. It did get stuck once on a staple but the reverse button fixed it. I would buy anothwr one if I ever needed another one.

Plenty of power for home use. No lubrication required and easily handles charge cards and card stock. I haven’t experienced any of the overheating issues I have with other lightweight shredders under similar loading.

I've only had this shredder for a few weeks, but so far I'm very happy with it. Reasonably priced, perfectly sized, doesn't take up much room, does the job quickly and thoroughly and super quiet!

This shredder easily will shred through several sheets of paper at one time. It is noisy, but for the job it does it is completely understandable. It will run for awhile but I give it rests so it doesn't overheat. I have to double check that everything in the shred pile is meant to be shredded. Once I didn't double check and saw a needed document meet it's demise. It's quick and once gone that's it!

We purchased this shredder for the credit card shred feature. This shredder jams frequently and we have to disassemble it, remove jams (even for papers in addition to credit cards) and try again. It also overheats and shuts down more frequently than other shredders we have had. This is being used for home use and I think it could be a little more accommodating.

I bought this because my old one broke. I like this one better than my previous one. The one I had previously had a front open, but every time I opened it the scraps would fall on the floor. This opens from the top which I like much better. I also like the size, it fits in a corner next to my computer table. It is just right for my needs and the price was right.

I don't get an unusual amount of mail that needs to be shredded. It does the job quickly and efficiently. Love how it knocks out credit cards without any effort!

Very good shredder for the price. It has overheated but it will quit and start again after it cools. Really is quite good for the price. I like it!

Bought another one had to send it back, sluggish, caught even 3 sheets. This one is super, it does do 10 sheets but I am careful never put more than 5 or 6 at one time. Just don't run it for hours. Never done this but shut it down after about 30 minutes. I am very pleased, great price, fast delivery. Takes care of my paper waste highly recommend this one. (Sentinel) Just read the directions it will serve you well
