Disappointed

The shredder stopped working in less than a 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I didn't get the extended warranty and had to deal with the manufacturer who had me do some unnecessary troubleshooting before telling me that I need to return it at my own expense. The shipping cost just as much as what I purchased it for. I contemplated whether to just buy another one but I went ahead and paid the shipping cost. Hopefully luck will be on my side this time and the shredder wil last at least a year.
