  • Need a better design

    I was looking for chair who can provide a better back and neck support. I purchased this chair with that hope and paid a high price too. This chair pushes you to keep sitting straight but it does not provide the the full back and neck support. Chair keeps you pull down and you need to keep adjusting your self. I wish if this chair provides some locking facility so that you can lock the chair and work. Also it should have a bigger back to cover the neck support.

    The chair was a bit shorter then we thought it would be given the dimensions from its specs. Took awhile to get used to the back-in-motion pad. Reclining option would be nice but overall it is a comfortable chair for an 8 hour shift.

    Didn't like the rocking feature of the chair. I wished you could rock. Chair is comfortable if you could lock the chair in place and have moveable arms.

    This is one of the most comfortable office chairs I've ever owned and that's considering that I've worked in office jobs most of my 21 year career. I really like that the it moves with the body and undercarriage. I gave it three stars due to the fact that I emailed the question if it was a mid or high back and Best Buy responded with high back, however it turned out to be a mid-back chair. I hope this helps.

    You don't know until you actually sit on the chair, right? I have to say - It's a breeze ordering through Best Buy - the chair arrived early and I was stoked. Then I sat in it. Look, It's prolly fine for some - I'm 6'3" and 265lbs - It wasn't for me. No cushion, Plastic parts, weird seat / lumbar tilt feature..... I took it back to BB (the next day) - returned it, no questions asked, credit put back on card - A BREEZE! I bought and just put together a gaming chair through BB (more expensive, BUT WORTH IT!) - I'm diggin it! Review: chair sucks - Best Buy is great!

    A good chair for sitting long hours. Make sure adjustments are appropriate for you or you will feel fatigue. Adjusted mine a few times and found comfort

    This chair is great! I was a little skeptical at first but after sitting in it for a month I am sold. It forces you to sit upright and has relieved some of my back pain. I am a full time student and I sit in it a lot.
