Being 6' 3", and weighing 262, I've gone through two chairs already. So far, this chair has held it's own! It's really not extended all the way up, yet, as my eyesight-to- computer screen is perfect at about half-way.

I am loving my chair, it is a strong, solid chair great product for the price. Putting it together was too much for me. I had to pay someone to assemble it. The wheels are rough on hard wood floors will require a quality computer chair mat. The chair itself is great.

This a good well made chair. It is larger than most office chairs, but that is for big people. It was some what hard to assemble. That depends on your skills. overall it's a good chair

This is a great chair. Wish it was packaged a little better, some of the legs had some small scratches. Overall I am happy with this chair, it is quite comfortable.

Box was not in good shape when arrived. Chair has 4 dents or scratches on it. Was wrapped well but shipping company was not easy on box at all. The scratches aren't enough for me to return it. Husband put together himself and only took about an hour. He said it was easy. He has put chairs together before so that helps. Very comfortable sitting for long periods of time. Feels sturdy to last this 230 lb person awhile. Nice color brown and leather is soft.

This chair was a great investment! We normally don't spend that much on a chair but after having to replace several it was worth it!!

I purchased this chair 5 years ago in 2015 and I'm still using it but now I have a different type of chair coming. I am disabled and this is my TV/computer/everyday chair. I spend several hours a day in it. In my opinion it has held up very well. The only problems are the bonded leather is showing it's age and the foam in the seating area is breaking down. A small area in the seating area and both arm rests have lost some of their finish also the arm rest have starting cracking. The frame has held up great.

I've had this chair for about a month. It seems to be good quality so far and everything is working as it should. I would recommend two people to assemble, It's not too hard to put together but it's kind of heavy to handle.

Great chair for the money, once assembled. Mine arrived with 2 broken pieces. I called the manufacturer, who had to send replacement parts. One of the parts was incorrect, so had to call again. Good chair, questionable service and support.

Boxed nicely... but assembly was a little clumsy... to put seat and back together

I bought this chair on sale, and with that price felt that the value was there. This is meant for a big guy, and the build seems to support that. The arms were wrapped in bubble wrap, and not that well protected during shipping, so there are some minor dings on the wood. Directions were easy to follow and I did not have a difficulty assembling or adjusting the chair. IMHO, the provided Allen wrench does not develop the torque needed to really tighten the bolts, so you might want to finish with a ratchet/adjustable wrench. Arm rests hit where they should and are not lower as they are on most other chairs, meeting my needs as a big guy. For me, shoulder width is usually limiting, and while the back does support them, if you are much above 6-2, you might find the upper back support a little lacking. If I tilt my head back, there is no support for my neck/head, for example. It has a lumbar knob on the right side only, but I'm not sure if I notice the difference. I does tip back, but not that far. The adjustment arms are tucked under the seat, so you really need to lean over to reach them. Many minor complaints here, but overall I like the chair.

I bought it because my husband hasbeen bugging for a year for a new chair. I found this oneand he loves it.

My buying experience was the worst ever,bought it as my husband's birthday present ,chair arrived with a cut on the leather ,took chair back to best buy store ,re ordered another chair same exact problem ,chair is torn ,it felt like a prank !! Never again will I shop at best buy ,worse off ,best buy manager was very rude & was implicating that I must have torn the chair myself ,unbelievable! Worst buying experience ever !!!!

This Serta chair came with bent parts that do not allow the chair seat bottom to sit straight. I also think the shock tube is not able to seat perfectly straight in the base therefore the chair is leaning to the side. I have taken it apart and reassembled it a few times in hopes of it getting even. I am at the point now where I am going to grind down parts under the seat bottom to level it. My advice is to test chairs in person. I bought this chair based on reviews from Amazon.
