I bought this chair for my boyfriend that works from home for Christmas last year. It has solved all his back issues, and he has zero complaints! Loves the look and feel, and he also loves that it offers lots of back support with great ergonomics. Would highly recommend for anyone that spends much of their time seated. So great, our cat steals it from him frequently! (see photo)

Compared to my old $200 gaming chair this is definitely better comfort. Assembly wasnt too difficult except for some parts where it seems the screw holes were not perfeclty aligned so had to use some strength to tighten those screws. Arm rest screw holes also have this weird gimmick not sure if its intended but it doesn’t tighten completely and it kind of feels like a rubber band the second you stop tightening it like shoots back. So arm rest may be a tad loose. The main con to me is height. The chair does feel a bit short on the back rest. The head rest is practically a shoulder-neck rest. The only way my head touches the head rest is if I am basically looking all the way up with my head back. As a gamer I never realized how important adjustable arm rest were until getting this chair. Its not terrible but takes some getting used to. Also not able to adjust the back rest to recline further or be more forward also takes some getting used to. Sometimes on my old chair I would recline the chair more forward to support that (gamer posture) but all in all this chair was worth it on sale but I wouldnt buy this chair at normal price as there are better out there for the same amount.

What can I say? It's the chair of all chairs. Bought it to upgrade my working from home lifestyle. I may never retire now. All I want to do is sit in this comfy chair and type away. Spreadsheet productivity has easily increased 10x. Wheels are nice and smooth so I can just wheel around the house for different tasks.. Only downside is that it doesn't handle stairs very well.

It's a comfortable enough chair, just not s-tier comfort in any way that sets it apart from any other desk chair I've ever used. It has all the adjustments that any desk chair has with height and recline. It creaks a good bit when the recline is active and I lean back, which is annoying. There is a good lumbar support that is extra helpful for someone that may have lower back issues like myself. Just your average chair. I would have wanted it to be far more comfortable given the Serta branding and their experience in beds.

Good chair but the bolts in the arm broke within months and im going on to my 1st year and i already have to replace the gas cylinder. If your a lighter person im sure its probably a 4 - 5 star. But as a large guy its not that durable.

This chair is so comfortable that I regularly fall asleep in it which was impossible with my old chair no matter how much I drank. My biggest problem with the chair is that it doesn't morph into a bed which would be supercool but it's only 2023 and that tech. is at least 25 years in the future.

I bought this chair for my adult son as a birthday present because he asked for a comfier computer chair. I don't think you could get confier than a product from a matress company. His old chair was a $45 chair with no arms, so this was a huge upgrade. It took 59 minutes for me to assemble it myself, but having a helper for the step where you put the top on the base would be helpful. I got around it by laying the top down on the couch and fitting the base on sideways and then setting the assembled chair on the floor. My son loved the chair. It should be very comfortable for him sitting for hours either working on his laptop or gaming. My only worry is that the bonded leather will break down. I wish they made these in fabric instead of "leather." Also, I got a good deal on this chair as a Black Friday deal. At regular price, it would have been out of my budget. But it was a better value and more comfortable than any of the gaming chairs I seriously looked at.

Very high quality and extremely comfortable. My husband works from home and has pain in his back sometimes from sitting so often but this chair has relieved that. I have a Serta chair as well but I sometimes borrow his and it’s got more of a recliner type plushness to it so it’s good for relaxing.

"Big & Tall" is misleading. I am 5'11 and 225 and this chair is too short to comfortably put my head back. Only a couple weeks into ownership and it is starting to bother my tailbone. Also, it doesn't comfortably lean back. The only way it leans back and stays leaned back is if you put your feet up on something while leaning. Also, the stitching on the arms is so thick it leaves indents on your forearms and causes pain after a while. Absolute trash product. One of the worst purchases I've ever made and will never purchase this brand again.

I had to return the first chair because brand new out of the Box the arm rest was wobbly. Just to get another one with the same issue. Tried returning the chair but won’t let me know. For 500 dollars I expected a lot better made chair but instead I got smoked twice!
