I have been using this chair for a few months and I can tell you it is the absolute most comfortable chair and you will ever sit in. I work from home and I needed a chair that would support me for sitting for very long hours before with previous chairs, I would heard after a few hours. I can sit in a chair all day long and not being in pain. If you need a good chair, I promise get this chair. You will not regret it if this one ever breaks, I promise I’m buying the same chair over and over again.

I don't yet know how durable the bonded leather will last. But at first look this chair is a good quality at the price. All details look great. I really like the look and comfort. Just one minor mistake in the cut: The "L" shaped thick metal piece that holds up the back of the chair cannot be screw-tightened flat on the bottom plate of the chair, because the edge of the metal is too long it has to sit on top of the metal panel of the center post. That makes the back of the chair forming an angle too acute with the seating surface, one has to sit leaning forwards uncomfortably. I fixed that cut error by putting a stack of 5 penny coins on the outer edge between the "L" metal panel and the bottom plate, everything is OK after that. Someone else who cannot think of a way fix the problem may have to return the chair.

I ordered this because it is big and comfortable. Easy to assemble, and looks impressive. After using it for 3 months, I can say I am glad I purchased it.

Really nice quality chair. I only have two complaints which is why I’m rating 4 stars. The arms are a stained wood. Nice quality but the chair rubs under my desk and is scraping the stain off the back corner of the arm. I do wish the seat cushion was a little more padded for my comfort. I think that’s more of a “me” issue vs. the chair but for the price and brand I was expecting more. Leather quality is really nice and I love the color. Looks lux compared to a basic boring office chair.

Well put together, i’m very comfortable. I would recommend it for a office, where are you sitting for a long time.

BestBuy: First time it was shipped it got lost in shipping. Dealing with BestBuy to get it reshipped was easy but it was still a day late the 2nd time. The chair: Pain to assemble. Most chairs iv assembled were easy, this one I had to force together. I picked this chair because I'm 6'5, 275lbs and its sold as a big and tall chair. If its a big and TALL chair then why are the arms the same height as a standard chair? I would recommend this chair if your big, but not if your tall or big and tall.

My girlfriend works from home. I got this chair for and she absolutely loves it. We did have a problem where one of the legs broke and the manufacturer sent us a new base within seven days in life is good.

This is a great chair for the price. It was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable! I recommend this chair for any home office application. I'm glad that I made this purchase!

Tried lots of chairs before settling on this. I love the cream color. It's very comfortable especially when you sit long hours. I love the adjustable lumbar. I'm only 5'1" so it's good for a short girl!

I put this chair together by myself. The most difficult part I found was mating the two seat sections together. I ended up turning the bottom seat upside down on my coffee table and then mating the top section to it (latter head rest section was just off the floor then I was able to bolt them together. Actually I think I was very lucky as the bolts went in better than I expected. It took me just a little over an hour to assemble. So far no issues and hopefully it'll last years.

finally a nice chair that fits bigger people comfortably. bought on-line ,easy assembly, nice leather covering.

My old chair made working from home unbearable. Now I am eager to get started in the morning!!! I love this chair, I told my wife to have me buried sitting in it!!

My problem isn't with the chair. It's the fact that my initial order arrived with a product with missing parts, and the run around was very frustrating. The replacement chair is fine, and the representative that worked with me did a good job in getting it

Comfortable so far. Assembly was tricky but manageable. Had a small cut on the edge when arrived in a box so that sucks

Being a bigger person it is hard to find a comfortable, sturdy chair for a reasonable price. This chair it them all. So far no issues and I love it.
