Big chair

Damaged pedestal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The chair looks nice but I am unable to sit in it because the bottom 5 leg pedestal is cracked in two spots. If I apply any pressure (insert the caster) the leg splits apart. No way this happened during shipping it had to occur at the factory and it is a very obvious defect. I have not fully assembled the chair as I am waiting for customer service to determine the next steps in replacement.

Only thing I don't like is its too straight for me, I usually like to lean back more. Old chair feels like a board, this has awesome padding in the seat. Built pretty well but arm rests feel a little floppy. Received in good condition, no issues setting it up and only took about 15-20 minutes.

Not what I expected

The chair recline did not work and the chair would fall forward causing you to not be able to sit in it. Had to return item because of this.
