It's not horrible but I don't weigh much and I seemed to have "bottomed out" the seat cushion after 4 months. I did have a new one shipped without any incident and that wasn't a bad experience. They didn't ask for much and just shipped out a new one. Maybe they have had many complaints so they stopped asking questions. But it's really not worth the money IMO. Although I shopped around and personally didn't find much out there and then I saw this one. Not sure Serta should put their name on this but I went with it because of that. I work from home so maybe someone who doesn't use it much might find it more comfortable. The different settings are nice though like lumbar support and the other standard chair settings.

Bought this chair to help my back & butt feel better in my long days in front of the computer...
it IS very comfortable...
however it has lost it's smoothness, is noisier , & pops down occasionally.
not perfection, but a lot better that the chair it replace so a 4-star!

there is nothing wrong with the chair, but with the courier service... when the box got to my office, the box was broken. So de armrest is broken too.
