It's a fairly good chair

It's new so it took a while to break in the seat. I'm 6'1" and weight in the 260s. I can sit on this chair for 7+ hours and not have any back issues. Whether I spend my time gaming or doing renders on CAD, it's a good chair. Your back is able to get air, and the lumbar support is good as well. The arm rests are like a soft rubber and they're adjustable as well. I recommend this chair but it all depends on the person that is using the chair but it seems that the chair is just right for me.

Good and Comfortable

It's comfortable and light, so not too hard to roll around on the carpet. The seat has a good cushion and the back rest fists well and gives me good support for my back. Not bad for the price.

Extremely comfortable work chair

I'm extremely happy with this Serta work chair-- it's very comfortable during long hours and it feels solid. You can also zip around on it like nobody's business, but unless you're into organized chair racing, probably not an important selling point.
