the first religion coming to mankind as a film
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this film should have been an oscar entry in 1997. it was not even released until 2009. if van gogh would have been alive today he would have been saluting Shokof fo having made such a masterpiece and endured all thatmishapy wth its release. this film is for sure a cinema cult classic and would go down the history of films as the most important movie evermade. the plot, to the greates acting by Quinn EVER, plusthe most controled and simple directing with stuning visuals by Shokof and his own art design of the film makes it perhaps he most intriguing film experience ever, and the most neglected film of all time. the oscars for story, acting, art design, cinematography and aboe all Direting should have gone to the seven servants. one amazingmovie from an extraordinary artist (shokof) with an even more amazing fae, which is never to have ben released. too sad that even in films like in the arts much of greatest works and filmmakers would not be discovered until 1000 years after their lives. shokof,s and the fate of all his mos original film works is already one of those i he list.
