It's Shantae and Limited Run. Get it before it's gone! The game itself is just okay. It's super short and has some issues, but it's still charming.

Honestly haven't heard of this game before, but have been hearing a lot about it on YouTube. This game has popped up on many game collector's list that I became very intrigued. Plus this game is hard to find!! Luckily, BB had a few games available and I quickly purchased it before it was sold out. This is definitely a collection item.

Just a port of an old Gameboy collar game to the Nintendo Switch

Bought this for collectibility after already buying the digital copy. Unlike most Switch games, Limited Run releases feature printed manuals in the case with great looking artwork. Granted the Shantae games are great, it's nice to have some of these classics for a limited time in physical form as eventually the digital options will become unavailable. As for the game itself it's the traditional Shantae (metroidvania-ish) game where you defeat enemies, purchase new transformations and abilities, gain access to new portions of the map, and have a blast the entire time. Risky's Revenge has a great story and soundtrack. Highly recommended.

Shantae is a fairly old series. This title is a port of the second game that was originally on the Nintendo DS. It's certainly not the best of the bunch, mainly due to a wonky map system. But still a very good metroidvania game! With a great soundtrack.

Great addition to my collection. Worth the Best Buy points to buy through Best Buy. I like this version better than the other.

Shantae Risky’s Revenge is a fun, challenging adventure. Filled with difficult boss battles, tons of tricky puzzles, and all kinds of magic spells to learn. While it may be a little outdated, Risky’s Revenge will always be fun to play.

Shantae's sequel looks awesome on the Nintendo Switch, especially in portable mode. Excellent old school platformer with a solid story and fun gameplay. Must add for fans of the Shantae series.

Pros Entertaining and fun adventure. Shantae's transformations. Great sense of humor. Magic Mode adds an extra challenge. Cons: Some novelty could have been incorporated for the occasion. Revisiting the same places multiple times can get repetitive. Final Word: Shantae return with great improvements. Must own.

Shantae Risky’s Revenge is a fun 2d platform game. It is fun with lots of fun levels and boss battles. If you enjoy platform games I would highly recommend this game.

Best version of this game. The controls, characters and sound track stand out as the best parts of the game. The action platforming is superb and really enjoyable.

Very good game. Highly recommended. I even got one for a friend I'm so thankful best buy had these in stock. I missed the limited run release but thankfully best buy had it in stock for a reasonable price. This game is very fun in your a fan of the series. You pay extra for this over digital but this is limited release so will be rarer to have and you'll be thankful later. Game looks amazing and is just as fun as i remember it. I'm sure new fans will love it too

So far so good. It really is hard to be disappointed by a retro inspired platformer game. Also I like that Best Buy carries some of these limited run games in store and online. I just wish they would carry all their releases. Just something to think about Best Buy the balls in your court. All in all this game is great and i would recomend to any lover of retro platformer fans.

What’s there to say? Shantae is a gem of the 90-2000 era even though the original came out on GBC scarcely it’s made one of the strongest comebacks from the brink of extinction. If you love charming story and platformers this is a must!

This is a remaster of the DS game. It's pretty much how the series took off, embracing it's goofiness and solidifying its metroidvania-style gameplay. If you like any of the modern Shantae, this is a must

This sequel is infinitely better than the first game. It looks better. It sounds better. It plays better. WayForward really hit its stride with this one, and it never really slowed down!
