I have been very impressed with this but I will say if you have a lot of pet hair it's not going to really vacuum anything else until it picks up all of the pet hair. It has sort of a comb that combs the bristles of pet hair and if there's too much , it completely blocks the dirt tray. It's going to pick up the pet hair but it's not going to vacuum anything else until it gets it all up. Might not be a good vacuum cleaner for someone who has a dog that sheds.

Going on a few weeks and so far it's eh. When it mops there are wheel streaks over the entire floor. It will randomly start to vacuum without being prompted or scheduled. It says it will run an hour and almost 3 hours later it's still running, almost like it's lost or confused. You cannot vaccuum without also mopping, unless you remove the mop reservoir. It also leaves black skid marks on my white baseboards. I will be exchanging for a roomba with only vaccuum feature.

I have 2 other Shark robot vacuums that I absolutely love. They are the self empty kind. I purchased this one for the purpose of mopping my floors. This one however is somewhat of a disappointment. It seems to get lost on its map regularly and can’t find its way back to the dock. It skips a room even though the room is on a map. I have tried remapping our house two or three times and it still has issues. The technology in this robot does not seem to be as good as the self empty version of the Shark Robot.

Works ok for everyday quick vacuum...but went right over a small pile of dirt i had swept up into a pile and barely picked any of it up. Also mop has to be refilled to often and doesn't do a good job cleaning and it does not do a good job at mapping out the rooms. Ive only had it since Christmas and the wheels already seem like there starting to get stuck or something where you see the robot kind of jerking. I would return it if it wasn't too late to do so.

Very difficult to get it to map and add zones. Never could get the map correct. Remapped several times with some degree of improvement each time. Placed no-go zones but it still went in those zones. After 4 months completely stopped working. The are replacing the how model with a Charge only for shipping. So far not really satisfied. When it works it does a great job on hard floors but pet hair is not so great. Ran daily and kept work floors really nice. Large home so difficult to do entire house

Well, it does a decent job of vacuuming and mopping. I think it can't handle the whole house at once (it kept just stopping in the middle of a run)so you have to do room by room. After about 3 weeks, the side brush would no longer rotate and I had to return it. I am now waiting for the new one to arrive. On the plus side, customer service is excellent.

Works well for apartments. The mopping attachment works great too.

Good vacuum really does clean I like the mopping feature. It does smash itself it every single piece of furniture and wall like other robots. But the map feature on the app after cleaning is glitchy sometimes it doesn’t work sometimes it does. Overall it cleans well and that’s what I needed. My first one actually broke completely and I contacted shark and they sent me a brand new one.

I've had many shark products, I'm a big fan of the company, but this product is a complete miss. The app maps the house just fine. The vacuuming is also fine. The reason for the 2 stars is the abysmal mopping feature, which many would agree is the entire reason for purchasing this robot. The reservoir is extremely small. But that's not the main issue. The main issue occurs with the movement of the robot when the mop feature is enabled. It's almost like it doesn't even pay attention to its mapping, and it seems to get lost. When in vacuum mode, it routes just fine, but when the mop is attached, it simply gets lost. In addition to that, the amount of fluid it uses is insane. The mop couldn't get through a quarter of a small room. The fluid was completely gone. Combine that with the fact that it mops the same area 3 or 4 times over because it doesn't know where it is. That being said, the small area that it did mop looks great... I will be returning this. Not satisfied one bit. Shark dropped the ball on this one.

It works very well on hard floor and reasonably well on the carpets. Setting up the carpet area on the explore run or manual adjustments on the app are not so easy. Within 6 months my first one died.. got a replacement as it was part of the warranty, however I felt the first did a great job compared to the replacement product.

Does not work as advertised , when it maps out house , does not finish whole house , when you run manually , it mops carpet and runs for about 10 minutes and then returns to the base , highest charge is 90%, Shark customer care is HORRIBLE , I suggest not to buy.
