I absolutely love this thing. I went to best buy just to browse around and i see this on display for 90 dollars. I was skeptical because there couldnt be anyway that shark vacuum was that cheap but then again it was black friday. I flipped a coin and i bought it. It works amazing on the hard wood floors and now i dont even have to broom anymore. If u ever see one again on a huge sale i would consider that you buy it

I bought this model and another model the DEEBOT N79 from ECOVACS Robotics. I found them on sale at an excellent price well under $200 for each. I did my research and read all the reviews and did not want to spend a lot since many people stated most models didn't last very long. This model was pretty simple to connect to my wifi and did a good job of mapping the areas needing to be cleaned downstairs. The other model I purchased for upstairs. The shark model has not given me any problems and has only beeped once when it initially got hung up on some table legs. Since that time, it has not happened again. The robot vacuum goes about its business each day at the scheduled times and returns to the dock to recharge. It is easy to dump out the dirt and dust and simple to maintain. I purchased extra brushes from Shark to replace as needed. I am very satisfied with this model. Also, both models have minor advantages over one another, but I prefer this model over the DEEBOT. This vacuum has a smaller compartment for collecting dust and dirt. I do find the DEEBOT gathers more dirt and dust upstairs. But it might be because I have more throw rugs upstairs. The advantage the Shark has is that it senses and avoids things due to having navigation and the mapping feature. It has only gotten stuck and sent a warning once, and I use it daily. The DEEBOT has a larger container for dirt and dust and may seem to collect more, but the Shark model has given me less trouble.

if you wan to play hide and seek this is the robot for it!! the cleaning is good as I can see how much is picked up in the trash compartment but the problem for me is looking for the robot everytime it cleans as it never makes it back to the charging base. making the hands off app operating useless.

Great Vacuum. Reasonable priced and cleans the floor every night.

I’ve had it a week so far and I really like the mapping feature. I had a roomba 694 and it ran into everything but this one stops before running into something. Really handy I can tell my Alexa to vacuum a certain room. So far so good but I’ve had to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi once

Battery span is good enough to lightly vacuum the house. It’s just a little bit loud if you pay attention to it.

We have 2 dogs and truly didn’t think it would pick up as much as it did! I wish I would have taken pictures. First off I didn’t realize how much hair was on the carpet. I did take away one star however because for some reason my shark (whom we names wall-e) is only charging to 90%. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints. It gets the job done! The map was a little bit of a pain as well to set up to make sure we did it just right and we also needed to make sure we had things moved where we needed. We had just moved into the house too se we still had boxes out and that was a pain to make sure we got the mapping right, but that was on me.

Has more features than I expected. I watched it closely to see if it actual cleans. It does! I went behind it and it did a good job. This helps me because now I don't have to sweep dog hair every night. I run it when we go to bed. It is louder than I expected. But thats fine.

Gets the job done! I bought it for a friend since she sweeps a lot behind her dog. I haven’t heard any complaints so far.

I must say this little robot is amazing. We named him Oscar and hes like part of the family. Oscar does his job great. Other than clearing the occasional jam, there haven't been any issues.

Bought this for my mom foe Christmas. She has 3 German shepherds best gife ever. It was also on a really price. I woukd buy it again!

She gets stuck from time to time, in the weirdest places. She works good though. I got her on the deal of the day so it was a bang for my buck.

I have had several robot vacuum over the years, the shark is the best so far. It is quiet, does not get stuck everywhere, has a map so has good coverage. The dust bin holds quite a bit. It does seem to run in the middle of the night even though the schedule is set for daytime (and it runs on schedule) but it runs downstairs and doesn’t bother anyone.

I would give this a 5-star review if it weren't for the fact that it has a tendency to stop working and give unhelpful error messages. To be fair, this maybe be because it sucked something up that blocked up it's pipes, and I just don't have time to troubleshoot it. Still, for a smart vacuum, I'd think you'd want something more resilient that you can just set and forget and not have to worry about it's breaking down on you. The app is a neat idea but I honestly haven't used it, because the mapping feature looked like a hot mess and did not strike me as intuitively easy to use, and I don't care to spend time learning it when simply pressing the clean button on the robot seems to do the trick. In the final analysis, I'll probably try to get troubleshooting support from the manufacturer, maybe send it in for repairs under warranty if possible, and if not, try to return it for money back or store credit, because right now it's pretty useless.
