I love this vacuum! It’s very quiet and does a great job picking up cat hair, among other stuff. I also love that I can program it to clean one room if I want. This Shark robot maps your entire house quickly and efficiently. I have nothing negative to say about this robot. Even the price was good (I got a Black Friday deal on it).

This vacuum has kept my house pet hair free without much effort from my part. I did not know how much hair my pet was shedding until i had to clean out the tray every other day. I love that it goes under my bed and under my dinning room table without it getting stuck and it does a good job navigating around the house in general. The other thing that i love but its not unique to this robot , is the ability to control it with google home. It almost like having an assistan that cleans your house whenevever you need it to. I would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a robot vacuum.

The shark robot is amazing. Her name is Stevie. After doing the initial exploration, she was off to the races. Room setup and no go areas is really easy on the app. While she is busy cleaning, her mini bin will fill up. After stopping the robot will return to homebase. No matter where in her explored area, she will make a bee line to home. The history map is pretty cool itll show you where your robot has been and the days it made it sound. So go to best buy and get your own Stevie.

This is my first Shark robot vacuum. An expensive adventure, but I bough Total Tech Support, so I'm covered if I need to return it. *So far, I've noticed it won't go underneath my kitchen cabinets, what?, (our house was built in 2004, tract home...nothing unusual), or my living room chair (ugh), which sits up pretty high off the ground. My last vacuum (I Robot) did all of this with ease. *I really love, love the self-emptying base, but it is a very noisy, and 'she' talks quite a bit each time. Nothing we can't live with. The robot mechanisms are actually pretty quiet when it's working. *Mapping is good, but make no mistake, there's a slight learning curve once you download the app and get it connected with your WIFI. SIT DOWN and give yourself some time to set it up. ALL of it. It's worth it. Take the time to do the mapping and it will pay dividends. *This robot returns to it's base very consistently, only getting lost a few times, so far. Our house is 3300 sq ft, so it often gets out of range of the base. I probably need to put it in a more central location (it's currently in the kitchen), but it's a pretty large base, so you can't just put it anywhere. *The fact that it doesn't have disposable bags you have to throw into the landfill, is a big bonus! This is what I searched for when I was shopping. AND, I always HATED physically emptying the bin each time on my last two robot vacuums. So gross!! *The suction is good, and you have the option to go into a deeper cleaning mode each time you engage it. I love this feature, and it vacuums in straight lines! *Bottom line, you get what you pay for with these robot vacuums, and even so, the prices on these machines have gone way down. Worth every penny.

Cleans well but software could be better

Cleans well, including pet hair. Relatively easy to empty and clean the filter. The software does not allow scheduling of individual rooms, which is a problem because it does not have enough charge to clean my whole first floor, and takes 6 hours to charge. Also, the room diagrams it creates and uses are pretty crude and not easy to draw each room very accurately. Still, I would buy it again.

I love my little robot - his name is Bruce and he makes my life easier! I will explain my 4 star rating. First of all, he will get stuck at least once a week. Granted, it's probably because we left something on the floor (shoelaces, clothes etc) and this happens with any robot vacuum. But if my husband didn't work from home, he wouldn't be able to finish his job! Second con is that the little brush on the bottom keeps falling off and getting lost! I put some tape on it, so hopefully it holds. I have also had to reset his mapping system once, due to him getting confused after having to be picked up and cleared of debris. If you can overlook these cons, here are the pros! This little guy cleans its heart out. He goes until he needs a recharge, then goes again! I have him scheduled to clean the whole house top to bottom during the week, and i can also spot clean on weekends or anytime. If i have people coming over, i do a full max clean and i know the floor is going to be spotless. We have several furty friends and it has been so nice not to have furr tumbleweeds anymore! I love that i can use him remotely - i was out of town and my mom was watching the house, and she said the kids made a mess in the kitchen. I sent Bruce in and he took care of it! Overall, I love this product and how much it helps our busy family out everyday! Not having to empty the bin every day, and coming home to a clean house every evening is worth ita

Overall really good. Super easy to use, great app. Marking good value cause i bought on a super sale. Nice how you can choose to just pick specific rooms. Very quiet. Rating a 4 because it will bang into furniture, could scrape/dent - wish it had better sensors not to do that or padding. Has missed a few things it should have sucked up, but overall does a great job vacuuming,

Love this vacuum! It was relatively easy to set up. I had to find a location in my apartment that was close enough to the router to connect it to my network while giving it enough room to operate. Shark recommends 3 ft of space around the vacuum when setting up is home base. Once that was done i sent it on its way! It mapped my entire apartment and did an excellent job cleaning the floors. While it did an excellent job maneuvering around chair legs, coaches and furniture, it did run into small items on the floor such as the dog's water and food bowls. Other than that no issues with its mapping. I love that i can send it on its way while nit at home using the app. Makes keeping the floors clean a breeze with zero effort. I'd buy it again in a heart beat and especially love that i bought it on sale for a great price! $450 at Best Buy!

Love this little robot! He's quiet, and keeps my entire first floor free of dog and cat hair and miscellaneous debris. The upgraded mapping on this thing is amazing! After a month of use, he's only gotten stuck on something once (as opposed to the older model, that got stuck a couple times each week). No more magnetic tape on the floors either, he can be programmed to avoid areas. The spot clean is exactly that -- anywhere on your map, a 10 minute pickup. Amazing!

We’ve had this shark for about four months now and it’s a pretty good vac. Cleans up after a lot of in and out city foot traffic and two small dogs. It’s not too loud, and the automatic emptying bin is amazing especially with pets.

I bought the Shark Ultra robot as I my 3rd Roomba in 3 years stopped working and I decided to try another brand. The Shark is a much better vacuum. The app is easy to use and doesn’t regularly disconnect from the Wi-Fi like the Rooba did) It cleans very efficiently and has 3 power levels. Hair and debris does not get caught up in the rollers or wheels. Plus the self empty base is a game changer. As a multi cat/ dog household I highly recommend.

Good little machine! To make it 5 stars might only take an upgrade or few to the app. Pros: 1) Good navigation. One pass through the house was enough, and it handled some tough thresholds. 2) Seems sturdy 3) The app is well put together and intuitive 4) Does great with pet hair Cons: 1) No Go zones cannot be drawn small enough. I was unable to designate a 18" square zone for my guitar. 2) Cannot rotate rooms like you can No Go Zones. Makes it challenging to draw rooms in non-square layouts. 3) Difficult to tell exactly where things are to draw No Go Zones. 4) CANNOT do shaggy carpets! The side brushes get tangled.

This vacuum is a life saver for a busy household! It will avoid our stairs, go around the kids and even under the beds. It works excellent with dog hair too. One wish is for the error codes to be more specific through the app. I do not always hear what the vacuum says when it errors and the app is not super descriptive. It would not stop me from purchasing another, as this is our second in the house :)

I owned a Roomba 970 for years and it was good but i always had complaints. When I met my fiance and moved in together, she brought one short and one long hair cat with her and my Roomba could not keep up. When it started to breakdown I began looking for a new robot vacuum, as now having cats and a baby we need the time. This vacuum was what I selected and Oh My God! Amazing. Our floors look great and i never have to clean hair out of rubber rollers sonce this uses an actual brush. I am buying a second one for our other floor.

Negative: I cannot see where my robot is in the map or what rooms it has done in the cycle, as other robots out there. Positive: It cleans my German Sheperd hair pretty good on wood floors, and the price is great (I got it on a sale). Neutral: I have been only using it for a few days so I cannot comment on battery life. The self-empty feature is great as I don't have to buy any bags (which i think in my opinion is the old way of vacuum technology).

This is the best robovac. I had a different one prior to this one and this one works way better because of the app and how it maps out your house. The cheaper ones randomly clean but this one goes row by row. The self emptying is nice too.

This was a huge step up from my last robot vacuum as it maps your space and you can section off rooms. From there you can exclude certain areas from being cleaned and you can have it clean SPECIFIC ROOMS. On top of that, it self empties when done so you don’t need to actually empty anything often. As an American, I love convenience and it doesn’t get better than this!

Had an old school iRobot that ran into everything. Never used it. Bought this one and gotta say I’m in love. I have 5 pets so this has helped so much. Love that it even gets under beds where I rarely vacuumed. I’ve had it for about 3 months, and it seems lately that vacuuming the upstairs is taking longer each time. Not sure why so I’ll probably remap to see if that helps. I typically have to empty the bin at least once a week. I will say it smells like dirt and dust when it transfers the waste from the vacuum to the bin. Maybe that’s when I need to empty the bin. Not sure. Wish it had a light telling you when the bin is full.
