I love everything about this Shark FacialPro. The ergonomic design, the adjustable settings and attachment options for the exfoliation tool, the temperature levels and control of the DePuffi tool, and the included hard-shell storage case. I’m normally not too happy about having to provide a review for a product that I’ve only had a chance to try out for a week or less, but this is definitely an exception. I noticed results immediately after my first use of the exfoliation tool in completing the “weekly pro glow routine”. My face felt noticeably smoother and looked refreshed, and the immediate results made me excited to keep using the Shark FacialPro.
The included instructions are very concise and easy to follow, making it very easy to use. I have dry skin that tends to redden easily, so I selected to start off with the gentle tips for the exfoliate & extract cycle and then switched to the normal tips for the hydro infuse cycle. For both cycles I started with the lowest intensity setting and ended up using the highest intensity setting for a majority of the time. I chose to use distilled water for the exfoliation & extract cycle because my water at home is hard. (Also, since trying to remove impurities from the skin, it made the most sense to me to use distilled.) The included serums seemed to be very good and I had no complaints or unfavorable reactions to either one. The Derm Detox gel works really well with zero discomfort, and the Hydro Infuse hydrator actually feels moisturizing. After completing the pro glow routine my face had very minor redness that quickly faded. I did not experience any small broken blood vessels from the suction or any skin purging afterwards. The gunk tank after completing the pro glow routine was a tad bit cloudy with some floaties. I applied my normal moisturizer afterwards and could feel that my skin felt noticeably smoother. The DePuffi tool is also very easy to use, and I completed the pro glow routine with an instachill session. This helped any remaining redness clear up. The coldest setting is comfortable and each level has a noticeable difference. I also used the DePuffi tool for an instaheat session and its highest setting was very comfortable with noticeable differences between each level as well. I love that the DePuffi tool is sculpted to fit the curvature of one’s face and allows for better coverage when using. Overall I have been very happy with the results from the Shark FacialPro and think it would be an excellent addition to anyone’s skincare tools.

A Very Nice Home Facial System

I have never gotten a facial before, but now I don't need to go anywhere to get one because this works beautifully. I read everything through first, then set up and followed the instructions step by step, which were simple and easy to follow for someone new to this process.
The device came boxed up very nicely with pictures of the different steps and what comes in the box. The detox and infuse skincare is included. The little tips are included, along with a self-cleaning tip. All of these items fit nicely inside your little storage case. A cleaning brush/charger wire is also included. The best thing about the charging cable is that it's USB-C, so it is compatible with most of your other devices. You don't have to worry about finding this specific plug if anything happens to it, but it has a little area to store your charging wire and cleaning brush.
The Instaheat felt oddly good, having something smooth and hot massaged onto my face. Then I started the exfoliating process using the gentle tips as directed. I was very curious about how the little suctioning would feel, and it wasn't bad at all. It did leave my cheeks a little flushed, but not very noticeable. After exfoliating, I rinsed my face and started the hydro infuse using the gentle tips. The last step was using Instachill, which left your face feeling refreshed.
I use InstaChill to massage my face every morning after cleansing and moisturizing, and it feels terrific. The device gets so cold, but it's not uncomfortable. It feels great on your face as you smooth through the areas as directed. I have only had one weekly treatment, and I already feel a bit of a difference. I use the Instachill daily, but I think I will also incorporate a time to use the Instaheat.
As a side note, you can adjust the cool/heat setting to low, medium, or high. Those same settings can also be used to change the exfoliation intensity.

I was so anxious for the arrival of the Shark FACIALPRO Glow. As soon as it arrived I plugged it up to charge the battery. It took about 2 hours to fully charge. Then I tried it out. Keep in mind I have never had a facial in my life so this was new to me. I opened the package and found a lot more manuals and QR codes than I expected. They were packed with information. I read the directions and messed up. OH MY. I should have read all the directions and viewed all the amazing videos but I was just too anxious. It won't happen again! I learned from my mistake. It is so simple to use IF only I had read ALL the material and viewed the videos. Don't make my mistake. Spent time with those videos because they are invaluable.
The second night I was ready to use the facial system correctly. I started with cleaning my face the way I normally do. I loved how each step made my face feel cleaner and softer. The INSTAHEAT got my skin ready for cleaning the pore extraction and helps boost radiance. That heat felt so good on my skin.
Ready for the next step I used the DETOX (included in kit) for exfoliation of clean pores and it removes impurities. Then I was ready for the HYDRATION by using Hyaluronic Acid (HA) which is also included in the kit. It helps infuse skin with moisture.
Now it is time for the INSTACHILL. which helps contour the face and depute under eyes. Oh it feels so good.
I started with a clean face. After that everything that I needed was in the kit. It comes with a bottle of DETOX and a bottle of INFUSE. They suggest that you only use this brand. I am liking it so well I will ordering another bottle of each so I do not run out.
This kit comes with 4 tips 2 T-Zone and 2 Regular. One of each was for sensitive skin and the other of each was for normal skin. I started out with the sensitive skin tip. Then the next time I used the regular. I think I like the sensitive skin tips better. Everything comes in a hard shelled case with a band that goes around it. It is so easy to travel with or just to store in bathroom without taking a lot of room or getting the tips lost.
After using the Shark FacialPro GLOW for 5 days it feels so comfortable to use it. I am no longer intimidated by it. I love how my skin feels and looks. It may sound strange but I like to look at the liquid and see how much impurities, dead skin and dirt I get off my face. I Love this thing. It does work. Both me and my husband use it. He loves it as well.
I have added Photos of everything that is in the kit except the manuals.

Shark Facial Pro Glow comes in a nice plastic case to store all of the components. It comes with a battery base unit that you use with either the exfoliation kit or depuffi kit. There are 2 normal tips and 2 gentle tips for exfoliation. It also comes with a detox serum and an infuse serum. A cleaning brush is provided and a USB-A to USB-C charging cord.
The battery charges pretty quickly and lasts a long time. It didn’t run out after 4 days of heavy use.
WARNING – both the detox and infuse serums have Salicylic Acid as an ingredient. If you have an aspirin allergy, you shouldn’t use them. In fairness to testing, I had 2 other people use the provided serums and I used my own due to allergies.
I really appreciated the included guides. They were helpful, colorful and easy to follow. More companies should do this.
For the exfoliation, we all tried the gentle and normal tips. No one liked the gentle tips at all. The normal tips do not provide enough suction either. The wide tip and the t-zone tips don’t feel vastly different while using. There is a learning curve with the tips. You will have liquid streaming down your face unless you have the tip positioned just right. More suction would have helped.
Everyone agreed that there is some exfoliation (mostly due to the serum, I would guess). All of us have different skin issues; i.e. combination, acne, dry.
We all liked the hydro infuser. The cold setting closed pores and relieved under eye puffiness. You just put on moisturizer before using and you are all set.
The whole process took about 10 minutes from start to finish.
Is it worth it? The results weren’t great enough to justify cost. My exfoliating scrub works better. You still have to purchase product to use with this machine.

Hello there,
Thank you so much for sharing your valuable feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the Shark FacialPro didn't meet your expectations. I have to say, I never thought I'd be one of those girls to care about skin care as much as I have started to care over the past couple of years - I guess pushing 40 will do that to you! That being said, I definitely can't afford regularly scheduled facials, so I'm always looking for new products (and now devices) to keep my skin as clear and healthy as possible, and this one definitely is one of my new favorite things!
For reference as you read my review I:
- have combo dry/oily(ish) skin
- have acne-prone skin
- have acne scarring on my cheeks and chin
- have sensitive skin
- bruise easily
- am turning 40 this year
First up, the Depuffi attachment. I don't have much in the way of puffiness, so I didn't really see too much of a difference with the InstaHot/InstaCold attachment, but boy does it feel good! I imagine when I inevitably get sunburned this summer the InstaCold option will feel amazing on my skin. Even though I'm not really noticing a difference, I've been using it every morning and I feel like the cold helps shock me awake in the morning. I think using the InstaHot option has been more beneficial - my skin looks smoother, brighter, and calmer. I have been using this one at night before bed.
Next, the once-a-week exfoliating attachment. I was worried about my skin not tolerating the Derm Detox (AHA + BHA gel) and Hydro Infuse (BHA hydration) combined with the suction, but I have to say, I have had zero bruising or redness (at least that lasted longer than the time that I'm actively using the device)! The first time I tried it, I intentionally used the sensitive tips, and while I feel like I got a decent amount out, when I tried it the second time and used the regular tips, I definitely got a better clean. The suction truly just feels like little kisses on your skin - no pain, no irritation, just clearer skin!
Now for the (very few) issues I have with the device (that will not keep me from using or recommending it):
- the charger is a USB-A to USB-C cord, which thank goodness I still use an older e-reading device that uses a USB-A brick, because otherwise ALL of the rest of my chargers are USB-C/USB-C and I would have had no way to plug it in to charge the device!
- you can only use the Shark AHA/BHA products with the device, which totally makes sense, and I understand why, but the cost of the replacement Shark-exclusive products is going to be pretty cost-prohibitive for a lot of people.
- the instructions for the Depuffi attachment said to use it after applying your favorite serum, moisturizer, etc. This might be a "me problem," but while I didn't really have an issue using after moisturizer, the serum I tried it with absorbs too quickly to be useful in helping the device slide across your skin

Though I do love being able to do my facial at home, I think the Shark FacialPro Glow at Home Hydro-Powered Facial System is only so-so. I like the heating and cooling features of the DePuffi attachment. It soothes my skin even though after multiple uses, there’s been no noticeable improvement to puffiness under my eyes. I got better results reducing eye puffiness from the cream I was already using than I did using this device. The exfoliation attachment left my skin feeling soft, but I don’t know how much of that can be attributed to Shark’s proprietary Derm Detox for pore reduction and Hydro Infuse for hydration process when compared to my normal skincare routine. It’s true that it’s possible to give yourself a facial in about 10 minutes with this system though.
The device itself is easy to use and comes with tips for both normal skin and sensitive skin. The MAX fill line on the water chamber needs to be improved as it’s hard to see where it is on the current design. It should be marked on the front of the chamber and not on the backside near the hinge. The system comes with a nice-looking storage case, but it needs a clasp of some sort to hold it closed instead of having an elastic band to go around it. Also, since the hydro attachment can only be used with Shark products, the case should have space for them as well. Overall, the FacialPro is average at best.

Spa like results at home!

With the Shark FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System, I've been able to get spa-like results at home. Using this system seemed complicated to me at first - there is definitely a learning curve. But by following the instructions in the provided User Guide step by step, I have been able to get a great facial and I am loving it!
Everything I need was included with this - tools for exfoliation and depuffing (what Shark calls their Depuffi), the power hub which powers both the exfoliator and Depuffi, 4 tips for exfoliating - 2 gentle and 2 normal (both include a wide tip and a t-zone tip), cleaning accessories, a USB-C charging cord, derm Detox and hydro Infuse gel, and a hard case for storing everything. Make sure before you use the detox and infuse gel that you check the ingredients for any allergens. Be sure to read all of the "Product warnings and precautions" - there are many. Charge the power hub for 4 hours before first use.
To use for exfoliating, they suggest you begin with the Depuffi on the heat setting. The Depuffi is for use chilled or warm and it gets VERY cold if that is what you want. It feels fantastic on my face. Apply the detox serum in a thin layer on your face. Let sit for 3 minutes then fill the little clean tank with water, choose a tip and move it over your face about an inch at a time, pulling your skin tight with your other hand as you go. It seems like it "vacuums" your face - there is suction to pull out the impurities. Then put some of the hydro infuse gel in the clean tank and go over your face again. Once I finished that step, my face was quite red. I applied moisturizer as suggested and then used the Depuffi on the cold setting (there are 6 temperature settings!). My face felt absolutely wonderful! The redness quickly disappeared. Following the directions, step by step, my face was clean and so soft. I encountered zero problems.
Overall, this Shark FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System is amazing. Shark does recommend that when the derm Detox and hydro Infuse gel need replenishing, that you order from their website. It is rather expensive, so I will likely try another brand that is less costly, but I do know this stuff works for me. The included instructions for use are very detailed and complete, with pictures to help show precise details. I would HIGHLY recommend this for those interested in an at-home facial system.

Awesome At Home Facial System

I'm going to start out by saying thay I was honestly a little overwhelmed by this little machine. There was so much information to read over and understand how much this machine actually does, when you should do it and how you should do it. I am happy to report that it was pretty easy to understand once I actually used it the first few times.
So, the Shark FacialPro Glow + DePuffi is basically your at home facial system. They call it a 5-step at home cleanse system. You cleanse your face, extract, hydrate, glow and defpuff. There are things you can do daily and and some things you do weekly. Let me start with what you can do daily. You can use the Instachill to define and depuff. Let me tell you - it feels wonderfull! You clean your face, connect the DePuffi attchment, apply your favorite serum, face oil ot moisturizer for the best glide. Turn the device on an glide it over your face, neck, jawline, and shoulders to reduce puffiness for a sculted look and refreshed skin. You move it in slow upward and outward strokes to reduce puffiness. Run it under your eyes to reduce the appearance of dark circles. It feels so good! Next, you can use the Instaheat mode to boost circulation for more radiant skin. Use in a downward motion on the neck for lymphtic drainage.
The weekly routine starts wuth applying the Shark brand of Derm Detox all over your face and leaving it on for 3 minutes. Then you fill the exfoliation attachment with water, connect the tip you want to use. They give you normal and gentle. I am 51 - so I choose to use the gentle for my skintype. You also get a wide tip and a T-zone tip. They suggest you use the wide tip for 2 out of the 3 minutes you are gliding or basically extracting the dirt and oil from your face. You follow up with the t-zone tip for the last minute. The last step in the Hydro Infuse where you lock in moisture and refresh the skin. You fill the tank with the Shark brand Hydro Infuse, select your tip and glide it over your face. Once you are done - you apply moisturizer. See how much this machine does and how it can be a little intimadating at first! I feel like a pro now and I am excited to watch my skin progress using this system.

As a woman of a "certain age", I am always looking for ways to improve my skin condition. I get professional facials periodically but they are costly. When I saw the Shark FacialPro Glow I had to give it a try.
The compact case is refreshing compared to some beauty products that take up way too much space in the already crowded bathroom. It charges with a simple C charger which most of us have around (although the unit comes with one).
The depuffing attachment is a dream! The "instachill" has 3 cooling settings and it is cold immediately. It feels so good to use around my tired eyes and on the bags underneath them.
Hit the power button quickly again, and you have the "instaheat". Again, the unit will immediately be warm. This has been extremely comfortable especially during these cold winter days.
I use these settings daily.
Weekly, I use the "pro glow" routine. Apply the provided "derm detox" to your skin and then after filling the unit with water, you can exfoliate and extract dirt and makeup. I started with the "normal" attachment but found that even at the lowest suction setting, it was "sticking" to my skin and not gliding smoothly (as it shows in the pictures in the instructions). I switched to the gentle tip and it has been much better.
After, the waste tank is cloudy. I don't know if that's debris pulled from my skin or the serum I applied before the treatment.
Lastly, I fill the tank again with their Hydro infuse liquid (provided) and do the same procedure again. Each session takes about 3 minutes and the machine shuts off automatically when it's done.
I am not sure how long the provided products will last and they cost about $50 online to replace when done so that is not terrible.
I do think my face and skin are much better after using this product. Will it replace my professional facials? Probably not. I still enjoy the pampering. I do think this will help my skin glow more in between appointments.

A Little Vacuum for Your Face

It’ll be a couple months before I see real results from this device but so far the experience has been a good one for me. I’ve been in the beauty and skincare industry for over 15 years, but moved heavily into the skincare side for over 7. I don’t have sensitive skin so I tried this on its regular cycles. You must have some knowledge on what skincare products you use on a daily or at least what products you used on the days of using this device. The liquids that are provided do contain some acids that may not mix well with other acids or products containing acids that you may have applied earlier in the day or even after you are done with your session. So be mindful if you are sensitive, as you may cause slight skin irritation or acid burns if not careful. The device wouldn’t be the cause for discomfort, but the products could be if not paying attention.
The instructions are straight forward. The device just seems to be a gentle vacuum with the thought of gently removing any buildup or gunk that may be present during the time of use. It also has a heating and cooling part. So I can see the appeal here.
I would begin with applying heat to my skin to open up my pores. I enjoyed using this part of the device before and after my sessions as I would then end the full routine with the cooling portion after applying my moisturizers to tighten my pores.
For me, after every use it just seemed to remove sebum from my skin but I didn’t have any other nasty things removed from my skin.
It’s simple to clean just run some water in the intake side and run a clean cycle with the cleaning cap and it’ll cycle the water through. Clean with supplied brush. Let air dry and you’re done. It comes with its own storage case which is nice.
It runs on 3 minute cycles. So here is where the improvement could be made. The device should indicate when it has reached the 2 minute mark so you are aware of when it’s time to change to the T-zone nozzle. I had to set a manual timer and even that wouldn’t give me enough time to pause and switch out the nozzle as it took up several seconds just to pause it. There are no instructions to tell you that you can press the button to pause it and not have to start a whole cycle over just to complete the one minute with the T-zone nozzle.
The water tank is too small. I felt rushed using this device. I would have to refill the tank with water for a second time during the first session just to get through with the other side of my face. This is a skincare device, it should be relaxing and paced. I would speed through the second session like I was qualifying for the Olympics, because you use the liquid supplied (taller bottle) and that bottle isn’t big enough to last for a long time. So I refused to have to refill it. And that’s where they get you. You’ll have to replace this bottle frequently if used on a regular basis.
Other than that it’s a neat device. Again, I can’t speak to any changes in my skin as it’s a device I would need to use for the next few months to report any positive or negative results on my skin in particular, but these are my initial thoughts and experiences on the matter.

Skin is clearing up, super easy to use

I picked up the Shark FacialPro Glow system to help improve a few areas along my hairline where I keep getting reoccurring bumps, this review is based on initial impressions over the past week of use.
In the box is a storage caddy, the power hub, exfoliating tank, Depuffi attachment, 4 tips (gentle and normal options for both t-zone and wide tips), a 2 step facial cleaner (Detox and Infuse), cleaning cap and brush, and USB charging cable. Setup is straight forward, however I recommend reading the instructions for some useful tips. You'll want to charge the power hub prior to using, this took about 2 hours out of the box and the system was ready to use.
Depending on your needs, you can start with the Depuffi tool or go straight for the cleanser and exfoliation step. The Depuffi tool is nice, there are 3 temperature settings for both hot and cold, which allows for flexibility for those who are a bit more sensitive to temperature. I find that the cold setting does help calm down some of the under eye puffiness, especially when my allergies are bad. As I struggle with seasonal allergies, especially now with the seasons changing, I found that the cold setting is also helpful to alleviate sinus headaches. One thing that I didn't expect is that the heat setting is great for swollen lymph nodes. My son gets very swollen lymph nodes and I found that downward strokes on his neck with the Depuffi tool on the hottest setting seems to help with pain and reduces inflammation. Two nice features about this tool is that the Depuffi tool is shaped such that it will fit perfection under your eyes without any weird pressure on your cheek bones and the tool glows red or blue so you know what temperature to expect before you touch it.
As for the exfoliation tool, using it is straight forward, but recommend reading the quick start guide so you understand the order and how to use the included facial cleanser system. First start with the Detox bottle, it's a slightly thicker solution, and takes very little, so I expect that the included bottle will last me at least a few months of weekly use. You rub the Detox directly on your skin and let it sit for 3 minutes, at which point you use the exfoliation attachment with cool clean water in the 'clean' side of the tool to clean the solution off of the skin via gentle suction. The tool will suction for 2 minutes then pause, so you can change tips if desired, at which point the tool will resume for another minute. You can then rinse and dry your face, if desired, then move on to the Infuse treatment. At this point you'll also need to empty the dirty tank, which may have some oil or skin residue that needs to be washed out. The Infuse solution is the same consistency as water, and you'll fill the clean tank side of the exfoliation tool up to the fill line. Then the cycle repeats with 2 minutes for the wide tip, pause, then another minute for the t-zone tip. After this you can moisturize as normal and be done. Takes me typically less than 15 minutes from start to finish, including clean up. Once done, you'll empty the dirty water side of the exfoliation tool, rinse, and fill up the clean side with fresh water. You will then put on the cleaning cap, turn power on, and it will cycle water through the tool to clean it out. After this, run the cleaning brush around both tanks, and the clean the nozzles with the small side of the brush, at which point you can put it back in the organizer to let dry until next use. While there are both gentle and normal options, and then 3 levels of suction for each, I found that the best results were the normal tips on the highest setting.
Things to note, the tips are push on, so you'll want to ensure you get a good seal or they will drip water. This also means the tool was meant to be used upright. I used it on my daughter and found that it would drip on her if she tilted her head back. Zero issues with leaks when used upright. It is harder to use on another person, as you need to feel the suction and move the tool to line up with your skin to achieve the suction. It's not overwhelming, even on the strongest setting, more like a gentle brush across your skin. Instructions say to use it in short 1 to 2 inch strokes, and you may need to use your free hand to pull the skin tighter. I do have some areas of loose skin and wrinkles, but didn't find the need to stretch, the suction tool did fine over all areas of my face. When I was done I did see there was oil floating in the dirty side of the tool, which was easy to clean out. My husband tried it, who doesn't do anything in the way of skin care, and he had quite a bit of dead skin gunk in the dirty tank when he was done, so I'd say this will help improve skin clarity for most anyone. I found that my face was slightly red after treatment, with a tingle that gradually faded away, but the irritations along my hairline have started to clear up, and the pores across my nose are not as visible.
Overall I see that the facial cleaners are working, my skin looks clearer and the larger pores across my nose are smaller. My favorite feature is having heat and cold options, and the ease of being able to quickly swap between tools. The battery seems to last at least 1 week, as using it once a week with the exfoliation treatment and the Depuffi tool daily, the battery is still on its first charge. While I can't compare it to a salon treatment, I do think the tool is effective for quick and easy facial results at home.

I was interested in trying this product. As I have gotten older, my makeup routine has become less and less but my skin care regime has really increased. I have struggled with dry skin and oily sections, along with sections where my pores have become enlarged.
Opening the box I found really nice packaging although when you actually unpack it all, you find that the storage case is actually pretty large for what you really have and it doesn't securely close unless you use the elastic band that came with it. In other words, this is going to take up a lot of precious space in my bathroom that it absolutely doesn't need to.
Set up wasn't to difficult. There is a QR code to take you to a site for a video to show you how to use it. This would have been nice because I found the instructions a little convoluted to follow. But the QR link would not work for me despite multiple attempts. I managed to get it set up and follow the instructions the best as I could figure.
The first step is to use the heat attachment to soothe and open the pores to ready the skin for the treatment. Next, you put on the water tank attachment and fill it with cool water to the fill line. You choose one of the 4 tips. There are 2 gentle and two normal. Each has a regular cleaner and a t-zone cleaner. I chose the t-zone cleaner for my first try.
I learned that it works by keeping the skin sort of taut, placing the tip in the desired spot and it will somewhat gently suck. Lift and repeat next to where you just did the last and continue on. You'll need to change the tip at the t-zone.
The water tank does run out and the dirty tank fills up. I had to refill the tank once and empty the resevoir once. The instructions show you what the differing colors of water indicate as far as what it has removed from your skin. Mine was pretty clear. I did have two whiteheads/blemishes that it seemed to have brought to the surface. I usually don't get those so I have to wonder if they would have remedied themselves before they'd ever gotton to the surface if they hadn't gotten prematurely sucked up.
I did have an issue with water dripping down my face (I wiped it off with a towel) and it also shut off on me once. I emptied the resevoir, removed it, turned it off and on again and it started.
I followed up my treatment with the cooling attachment. This felt really good, especially around my sinuses and eyes. The heat attachment worked good over a cloth on my eyes. I have dry eye syndrome and the eye doctor recommended heat and a moist washcloth. But the washcloth cools down so quickly. With the heat, i can heat it back up.
All in all, I think the machine is decent but I think there are better ways to accomplish the same for less.

The Shark Facial Pro Glow Facial System has impressive utility. I was not expecting such noticeable results. Here’s a general breakdown of how to use this system. The first step is to wash your face prior to starting treatment. The box comes with a DePuffi attachment (hot and cold attachment) for beginning and ending the facial. InstaHeat at the beginning to open up the pores and increase circulation and InstaChill as the final step to depuff and calm your skin. After using the heat attachment, apply the Derm Detox Exfoliating Gel (AHA and BHA gel) and let it sit for 3 minutes on the skin. While that is setting, remove the DePuffi attachment and apply the suction/infuser attachment. Fill the reservoir with water and apply the preferred tip, either normal or sensitive, to the unit. I exfoliate regularly, so I used the normal tips. Then turn it on and follow the stroke pattern laid out in the instruction manual, which basically starts at the midline of the face and moves to the outer edge. The unit runs for a 3-minute cycle and then shuts itself off. If you are not done, turn it back on and continue. Wash off any remaining detox serum and examine the gunk in the reservoir before dumping it out. Next, fill the reservoir with Hydro Infuse and repeat the process. The last step is to add your regular moisturizer to your skin and use the InstaChill attachment to calm the skin and shrink the pores, depuff the eyes. Do a self-clean cycle with the suction/infuser attachment by adding clean water before putting it away. Leave the lids open until the unit is dried. Shark even included a small cleaning tool to use on the nozzles. It is a complete set! Once you are in the groove with how the process works, it does go very quickly, and it is a once-a-week treatment that really does give spa quality results. Daily use of the InstaHeat and InstaChill is great for stimulating the skin and depuffing.
The instruction manual is really well laid out. They have a skin assessment QR Code to help guide your routine. For the results I’m seeking, it recommended to use the InstaHeat daily versus the InstaChill. I use both when I do my full facial routine. The manual tells you what results to expect like irritation or purging. It has QR codes for DePuffi routines as well. They are quick videos that seek to make the user comfortable and competent while using the machine. I look forward to my once-a-week self-care time and my daily DePuffi. This totally qualifies as self-care. Investing time in yourself is hard with busy schedules. This feels easy because the results are visible. My sun spots are more faded and my skin is softer even after a few days have passed. My husband commented how good my skin looked the next day, which made me happy to know that I wasn’t the only one who saw a difference. On a side note, even my hands got a lot softer from rubbing the exfoliant on.
Also, when you run low, exfoliant and hydro Infuser can be purchased directly from Sharkninja.com as a combo or separately.

I have noticed the Shark brands foray into hair and beauty products so I was curious about the new Shark - FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System - Blue. Setup was easy but I did have to let it charge fully for about 3 hours. In the meantime I took the moment to get familiar with its features and benefits. The first semi-negative I noticed is that you can only use Sharks skincare with this device but other sections seem to say that their products work best for the system so I think I may try it eventually with non-Shark skincare products just to test the waters.
After it was fully charged I immediately started following the steps. You can use the instaheat and instachill daily but the full facial using the Shark Korean Beauty included should only be at most once a week. I love the option of standard or sensitive nozzles. The machine is fairly quiet and so far it seems to be doing the job as expected. It's a nice way to get a nice Hydro facial at home. As for the skincare products included I didn't experience and adverse reactions from it which I was really concerned about as I'm picky about those things. Like I said earlier the con to this is being limited to the Shark skincare refills but I will definitely try to see if any other products I have might still work. I will need to use a few more times to make sure my skin doesn't get any adverse reactions but overall this has potential

The Shark Facial arrived well packaged in a small box that contained an oval shaped plastic container, facial tips and gels, user guide quick start guide and a what's in the box card.
First you get 2 sets of tips, gentle and normal. Each set has a wide tip for the larger part of the face and the t-zone which is used for the nose area.
The gels are the derm detox which is used first and then the hydro infuse.
Next inside the oval you'll get the power hub which is used on both attachments. The what I'll call the liquid tank that holds water for one step and the infuse gel for another step. There's alsoa brush for cleaning, a usb cord and a self rinse cap.
The instructions are kind of overwhelming, in other words there are a lot. I did go to YouTube for simplification.
So the steps, I washed my face with a pore cleanser and then put on the derm detox letting it sit for 3 mins, after I realized that I should have used the heat on my face after cleaning...but hey it was my first time. Anyway I did the heat after the detox.
Then after putting water into the tank, I pressesd it and ran it accross my face. Next after rinsing the clean and waste tanks out, I put the infuser in the clean tank and repeated.
My face wasn't as dirty as I thought, see the pic.
My face did turn just a bit red, but not uncomfortable.

I got this for my Wife for Valentine's Day and she has used it ever morning since. She is happy with the results so far and said it's really easy to use and a lot faster than her normal skin care routine.

This product is OK, I'm not sure it's working as well as some have reviewed. I do see a little cleanup where my pores are concerned. I think I need to try a professional pore cleaning first, and then use this for regular maintenance. My personal opinion is that its definately NOT worth the price.
