don't bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to use the vacuum cleaner, but the telescoping wand does not lock into place. It is very difficult to use a vacuum where the handle and the telescoping wand are the same unit and does not lock into place. As you are trying to vacuum, the handle moves in and out of the machine. The same thing happens when you try to extend the wand to clean things like cobwebs off the ceiling. The wand does not lock in place and it collapses into itself. It did not come with a pet turbo brush which is what I needed and no crevice tool (I used one from an old vacuum) . It was not worth the money. I will be returning it to a Best Buy and the closest store is one hour away. Not a good value.
