vaccum works splendidly and is a great tool for smooth floors with the roller brush in front. The batteries included (2) will enable it to run long enough to clean just about any house. You need to let the batteries cool before recharging and they take a long time to charge so 2 batteries is a good part of this package. I was not a fan of the "swivel joint" in the middle of the handle but I can see how it might be great for someone to get under certain things easier. Not the same power as a corded model but it still has good suction. Very nice to not have a cord.

Amazing it can go on hard wood and carpet it cleans deep down on the rugs and it has so many settings I love it the price is amazing also

Sharks are awesome i had them fir years this one gets clogged sometimes but its because kids arent doing their part. Haha. It folds and stores nice!

Bought this to replace a dyson. Much better battery life. I don’t like the bottom going into the locked position often when vacuuming. Minor flaw.

Love the weight and flexibility but especially love the independent charger and spare battery. Killer feature vs more expensive models like Dyson

but it takes a minutes. battery doesnt last very long but they give u 2. and u have to empty often but its relatively painless to do.

This vacuum works great. Batteries last just as long as advertised. Only down side is that the canister is a little small but that’s it. My wife loves it.

My wife loves how light it is. And the hand held mode is good for other jobs like cleaning the car. The double battery pack is the way to go.

Great battery life, and I prefer to vacuum in the dark with the awesome headlights that are on the front. Able to reach pretty much all places.

I do recommend it for deep cleaning, its a good option to buy this vacuum because it is easy to easy and clean aswell.

I am extremely happy with this purchase had another shark vaccumed last several years. Hopinf this one will last as long .

This is a very good helper, two batteries easy to work and clean under and tide places

The IF281 has powerful suction that will pick up most dirt and dander from carpets and hard floors. The Multiflex system is extremely convenient when it comes to vacuuming in awkward spaces and to store the vac in a small closet. The easiest way to describe vacuuming with the IF281 in my home (carpet and tile) is that it glides over your floors. I attribute this feeling to the large rubber wheels at the base of the IF281's motorhead. Most other vacuums have small plastic wheels that get caught and make loud noises when using them over tile (due to the grout lines). The two batteries included with the vacuum allowed me to completely vacuum my home and finish vacuuming my car without having to stop. I have also used the various tools to clean my couch, car, and two flights of carpeted stairs. It is so portable, great portable vacuum. But the main issue I have with it, is that it doesn’t provide strong suction power to take care of tough jobs. But it will get the work done at the end. Highly recommend to buy a protection plan, as it runs on batteries and they might give up at some point (battery replacement is so expensive, be aware)
